I had purchased one bottle of their product to try for $39.99 and found a $258.77 charge on my debit card that afternoon. I immediately called to cancel the order due to the scam and the email and phone number they provided were no longer in service so I called my bank to dispute the charge.

I finally was able to get in touch with Customer service via email who said in order to return product I needed an RMA number which they provided after I sent a picture of the unopened product. They did provide RMA number. So I mailed product back unopened which cost me another $14.50 with tracking number [protected] 25

They in turn never refunded the money and when asked in email they said since a dispute was started with the bank they had to have us on a 3 way call. I am a nurse and work same hours as bank so don't have time during the day to do that and when attempted received bank voicemail. The bank reached out to them directly as well.

They finally agreed to refund my purchase with a $10 per bottle restocking fee and I said "this is ridiculous. Where did this come from as it's never been mentioned". They said they will give back half of the restocking fee. I did not accept that due to that not ever being spoken and this being a scam of 1 bottle in the beginning.

I have attached the email correspondence from Sept 19, 2022 to currently. I have also attached the tracking receipt of post office. I can't attach the bank correspondance however you can reach out to them on my behalf
