Superbalist review: Refund

I have been waiting for my refund since the 15th of march due to an incorrect address which was my previous physical address. They must also update their system for customers to be able to amend the orders this mistake might happen to someone else and they will suffer like me. And I am currently paying for this order on payflex which I did not receive.

This is verry inconvenient because I need to log another refund to payflex which will take a week or so.

I have been following up with them almost every work and the answer is we are waiting for the order to be returned to the wearhouse since the 15th of march 2023.
