Here is what happens when u run out of kingdoms. I can't spend my coins on anything. The message that u get when you cannot continue is "more kingdoms coming soon. Now, with 419 billion coins I average around 25 billion to 130 billion being stolen daily . I earned those coins. I have paid money to advance further in the game. Which should be a good thing.I have contacted customer service and they will not do anything about it. Why should I continue to play when I can't spend coins on building or rebuilding kingdoms. Where is the incentive to play. Just want to let everyone know what is going on. This is a fraud. Look at the three pictures posted. Expand the pics. Over 419 billion coins down to 307 billion to 247 billion. In 2-3 days. Add that up and see how much that is equivalent to. Can u imagine earning those coins only to have them stolen because there are no more kingdoms. Adding an additional day. Now it has been 3-4 days. I have went from over 419 billion coins down to over 191 billion coins because I can't spend any coins. CS still will not do anything about it. They say once new kingdoms are added they will send me some spins. But not the full amount. Add all those coins up. Who would not be very angry over this. That's criminal.
UPDATE: 419 billion coins now down to 78 billion in 5-6 days. It doesn't do any good to continue to play because any coins I do earn I cannot spend and they just keep getting stolen. CS continues to do nothing about it. I'm curious. What would others do in this situation that are playing Dice Dreams?
I also have the screen shots and all of the correspondence from myself and DD Customer Service(if you want to call it that.
Claimed loss: Several thousands of dollars
Desired outcome: Superplay needs to be held accountable for fraud. It's outright theft. I can't advance if I play because I can't spend my coins on anything. If I don't play, I will lose the coins I have earned.
