I just click their link, some month ago saying they are giving free bottles of their product. Now they’re keep coming on and deducting the payment on the account I have provided them. They asked for my account for shipping the product. They are sending the product from this Address: Fulfillment Center PO Box 7000, Smyrna TN 37167. I’m trying to look for any information regarding their office and Customer Service, but I can’t find any

Desired outcome: Immediate Cancellation of Subscription

I only ordered one time but they did a subscription for five bottles. Can’t locate phone number. I want this stopped. Any help is appreciated.
