Surveytime review: Survey for CGA through Surveytime

Hello. Just completed a survey for Surveytime on experiences in venues I go to have meals or drinks. The survey took over 20 minutes to complete. At the end I was told to press and send for payment, on pressing I was greeted by a form saying something like the survey was unsuccessful. I have tried in finding a contact for Surveytime but unsuccessful. So I’m sending this information off to you. As I’ve stated the survey was about where I go to have dining and drinks which also included venues like McDonalds, Gloria Jeans, etc. also included what type of drinks I try, including, beer, imported beer, spirits. I can’t give you an ID for this survey, but was on behalf of a name CGA or similar. The last part of the survey was about Tequila. I use to do surveys regularly for survey time, but earlier this year I had a similar experience with them and on completing a survey wasn’t paid. I have checked my payments and the last payment I received was in March, 2023. So I stopped doing them, they still sent me invites for surveys but because of the experience I stopped doing them. I’m still receiving invites, so thought would try again and it’s happened again. Forwarded for your information
