Swagbucks review: Customer support and logging in

My account was inactive for 12 months so I had to reactivate it which I did the problem is I was given a one-time code in order to get it done but there's no section for me to actually put the one time code in so I'm not sure how I can log in with it and I'm trying to get a hold of a customer support but the only phone number is anywhere online does nothing but beep repeatedly when I call it so now I'm basically on a time crunch in order to get through an app called Cash bleeding to be able to cash out my money and get everything through Swagbucks but I can't even log into Swagbucks to do the next step and I really need somebody to talk to or some way of getting through to what I need done. I need to know how do I get to the screen where I put in the one-time code so that I can reactivate my account it Swagbucks shut down as fast as possible please
