Program not operate as promised: 1) must reinstall and restart to use; no icon or gadget as promised. Had to install icon myself. Gadgets are not supported now by Microsoft-you were not up-to-date on this. So I have no up-to-date info on status of system as you promised; 2) program not in listed Start Menu; 3) customer support very bad. Each phone number refers me to other phone number.
I expect credit of $199.95 on my MasterCard (Order Reference #[protected])). Here is what will happen if this is not done: 1) I will file online complaint with Better Business Bureau; 2) I will also file on-line complaint form of FCC; 3) I will post web site with my problems. 4) I will challenge payment on my charge card.
