My phone was hacked on 10-16-21, I have not received a response to this from Lorien Giles for over a week, I need to get this resolved as $34,000.00 was hacked/ stolen from my Coinbase account through my Simm card on my cell phone, I need help to get this settled.

This request has been ongoing; however, the desired outcome has not been achieved, Janet Allen

Desired outcome: To have my $34,000.00 returned to me through T-Mobile/Metro PCS's negligence by not protecting my security.
