I have been a business customer since 2000. I did an upgrade in June 2022 Upgrade Order Number or-trtm-[protected] (attached below).
My agreement was ignored, my trade in was not credited to my account as promised and I have proof of its delivery and tracking information, my discounts on my phone upgrade disappeared, my added line discounts disappeared as well.
My agreement and re-occurring quote was completely ignored, my account is in limbo between a business and consumer account and not a single person can get into my account so they just transfer me around and \or hang up.
Desired outcome: Honor my June 2022 Upgrade agreement and TMobile contract Order Number or-trtm-[protected] as promised.
