Tagged offers social networking services. The Tagged website allows users to browse members’ profiles. You have to register on Tagged if you want to use the website.

If you are missing coins, you should contact Tagged at support@tagged.com so they can investigate. Don't forget to include the name of the purchase provider ( PayPal, Amazon, etc.), transaction ID from the purchase provider, and the date of the purchase.

You should report to your bank and contact Tagged with proof of the charges.

Hi5 and Tagged are both social networking sites. Tagged acquired Hi5 in 2011.

If you can’t log in to your Hi5 account, you should contact Hi5 at support@tagged.com. Remember to include an Email Address or a link to the account and a new email address.

Premium subscription allows users to access premium features on Tagged for an extra fee. Premium features include:

• Seeing who likes you in Meet Me
• Seeing who viewed your profile
• Access to the most attractive, popular people
• Seeing if your Messages have been read
• Contacting new users first
• Premium support

Tagged reserves the right to cancel your account if they think it violates their Terms & Conditions. Some common reasons include:

• sexually explicit content;
• privacy, safety, or security risk;
• drug use, gang activity, or violence promotion;
• promotion of racism, bigotry, hatred, or harm;
• promotion of "get rich quick" schemes or other business ventures;
• sending repeated, unwanted messages;
• account being used by someone under the minimum age.

Tagged offers refunds on subscription if you cancel it within 3 business days after purchase. You should contact Tagged at support@tagged.com If you purchased your subscription through Apple or any other external service, you will have to contact Apple or that service for a refund since it is not handled by Tagged. Keep in mind that Gold and Gifts are non-refundable.

Depending on your purchase method, you will have to cancel the subscription either in Apple ID subscriptions, Google Play Store account settings. If you paid with PayPal or credit card, you should cancel your subscription and cancel billing in the account settings on Tagged.

It is possible to reactivate your account. You should email Tagged at support@tagged.com for assistance.

Although Tagged is a legitimate business, customers have many issues with their accounts including cancellations, bans, subscriptions, etc. Furthermore, Tagged does not address customers’ complaints. Consider this if you decide to use their services.
