Respected sir, I have used atm cum debit card of my current account to fill up petrol at m/s hari hara fuels rajahmundry. On 11/08/2018 for ₹500/- + 14.75 total ₹514.75/- due to some technical issue transaction fail but amount debit from my current account upto today tmb bank rjy branch or head office no body settled my amount. I given mails to customer care, atm dept, ho & branch but same no response. I request to see all attachments and do needful help. I think this is not a correct way ti do like this I also contact directly to ho but they are talking in local language (tamil) which I cant understand.
No reply i am getting from head office or from local(rajahmundry) branch issue is from august
Given back money in my current account
