All. I had a very bad experience servicing my car Accord at Tanjung Balai Auto Sdn Bhd. Initial suppose to be normal service and on complaint part only on 16/1/2016. Repair unnecessary areas causing further damage. Incompetent service technician who had made the mechanic replace parts which are not supposed to be replace causing greater damage to the vehicle and high cost overall. Immobilise from 16/1 till 19/1. Upon return home, develop sound. Indicate an unreliable service center with no quality service. Prefer to be back at actual condition and get it repair at other location. Very very bad service center and to be condemn as Honda Service Center. Please assist in getting the Consumer Tribunal to file a case against this center. Urge all not to get their vehicles service here. Sent in an email requesting a total refund made todate.
