This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I took my group of seniors into MGM and we ate at TAP. The service was good, the food was great, but afterwards, when I tried contacting the restaurant because I had forgotten to grab my receipt, I had to call three time and there was no answer for about 5 minutes before I had to hang up and call back again. Finally, on the third try, I spoke to a less than enthusiastic woman who was extremely unhelpful and rude. She told me that she couldn't help me, and I asked for a manager. I was conveniently hung up on "on accident", so I called back and asked immediately for the manager. (As I type this, I have been on hold for 5 and a half minutes while they transfer me to a manager.) She came to the phone again and told me that the manager isn't in. I asked her why it took that long for her to tell me that the manager isn't in. She cut me off to scream "Ma'am!" to which I replied, "No, not ma'am... I have been trying to get through for an hour", and she hung up on me again. I am now letting the phone ring over and over and they are again not answering. This is beyond unacceptable. All I want is a copy of my receipt. It isn't a hard request. It wasn't a complaint. I just want a copy of a receipt that I need to submit for my expenses. I do not know if this woman doesn't like her job, but if that is the case, maybe she should find a new one. I would like to give the name of the lady; however she of course didn't give me one. She was working at the phones in TAP at 3:30 PM on 2/17. Finally, after 4 and a half minutes of more ringing, a Rinaldo (?) answered the phone and was VERY helpful! This should have been done like this the first time and there wouldn't have been any issues.

Desired outcome: Maybe some additional training (not that you can teach someone to have a personality) or a write up? Maybe she needs a new job? Trying to contact a place over and over again with little to no help is extremely frustrating.
