Tattle Life Owner (Lime Goss)
I am writing to you in my capacity as the PR representative of Ms. Nada Adelle, a distinguished individual well-respected both in her professional endeavors and personal conduct. It has come to our attention that your website, Tattl.Life, currently hosts content that is not only defamatory but also racially discriminative against Ms. Adelle and, by extension, against Moroccan women.
The content in question, found within a forum thread titled "Nada Adelle," includes, among other defamatory remarks, a particularly egregious statement asserting that "Moroccan women have the biggest reputation in the Middle East and amongst other Arabs for being [censored]s, easy and prostitutes." This comment is not only baseless and offensive but also constitutes a clear violation of Ms. Adelle's dignity and reputation, as well as being racially discriminatory.
Under UK law, specifically the Defamation Act 2013, a statement is considered defamatory if it has caused or is likely to cause serious harm to a person's reputation. Furthermore, the Equality
Act 2010 protects individuals from discrimination based on race, which includes nationality and ethnic or national origins. The comments made on your platform not only harm Ms. Adelle's personal and professional reputation but also contribute to racial discrimination, which is categorically unacceptable.
We hereby demand the immediate removal of the aforementioned content from your website. Failure to comply with this demand within 48 hours of receipt of this letter will compel us to take further action. This may include, but is not limited to, initiating legal proceedings against Tattle Life / Lime Goss to seek not only the removal of the defamatory content but also damages for the harm caused to Ms. Adelle's reputation and any other remedies available under the law.
Additionally, we will consider actions to hold [Company/Website Name] accountable for any continued dissemination of defamatory and racially discriminatory content, including but not limited to seeking an injunction to have the site taken down and pursuing the maximum damages permissible under UK law.
We trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and act promptly to address our concerns. Please confirm in writing the removal of the content in question by [specific date, 48 hours from the letter's receipt]. Failure to receive confirmation within the specified timeframe will result in immediate legal action without further notice.
This letter is written without prejudice to Ms. Adelle's rights, all of which are expressly reserved.
Yours sincerely,
Claimed loss: Removal of entire thread. If non compliant we will go for a take down of the website entirely.
Desired outcome: Removal of Nada Adelle thread
