30 Day return starts when you purchase the item, not delivery.
I bought a tv from this company that arrived with a crack, but because of delays in shipping I was not able to find this out till after my 30 days was complete because this starts when on the date of your invoice and not on date of pickup. My wife had to receive the order and was not able to inspect when it arrived. I did not initially see the crack because it was hard to see until the plastic was removed from the screen. They refused to help at all.
