I have been a customer for over 20 years. My account has a balance of over $60. The service, and customer service was initially, good with glitches at times but over the years it has deteriorated and now there is no way to connect to access numbers to initiate calls or to contact customer service. All the numbers for tel3 Advantage constantly give the busy tone. There is no website or link to Tel3 therefore I cannot even access my account.
I would like the money in my account refunded, my account closed and my information fully protected from any fraud.
I have recommended lots of friends and family to this service and am disappointed for all of us that it has come to this with no warning or notice. Please help us to get this issue resolved and have the company make this egregious situation right.

Claimed loss: I would like to make a claim for the return of all the unused money in my account.

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded, an explanation for the company's lack of communication and an apology for the inconvenience this failure has caused.
