Telegraph Chrysler review: Service telegraph chrysler

My vehicle was taken in 2 months ago by a two company. The check engine light came on and I went and had it looked at it said the 3rd cylinder was misfiring. I knew that my third party warranty company wouldnt cover spark plugs so I had them changed and the 3rd coil pack. The check engine light came on again and I took it back and they said they didn't know what was wrong with it and to take it to a dealership. Total garbage. The next day my car wouldnt start all the exterior and interior lights came on fine but the car would not start. So I had to have it towed to a dealership. I had it towed to Telegraph Chrysler in Taylor, MI, that was 8 weeks ago and it has been a hot mess ever since. They tried to tell me before they even ran a diagnosis that my car over heated. Talking to me like I had no clue what was going on because I am a girl. NEWS FOR YOU JERKS AT TELEGRAPH I know when a car overheats and MINE DID NOT OVERHEAT. I have since called my warranty company and they have decided that they will not cover my vehicle repair because my car overheated! I told them it never over heated! Well who would that of heard that from accept the guy at the dealership. I have yet to see a piece of paper with a estimate on it. I have never stepped foot into the dealership! Well first he replaced my starter at the dealership and its going to cost $2000! I never saw an estimate nor did I sign one document. Now this has turned into $11000 yes thousand for a full engine repair!
