Telemarketing Merchants-Inbound review: money been taken out of account! 1

I was wondering if someone could help me please. I checked my bank statement online and noticed that money had come out of my account to a company I don't know who they are. I don't know how they got my information but I want it stopped please. If there's some way of getting my money back that would be a big help but if not I just want this stopped.

I can't afford this and I need help to stop this now. I'm not sure on the information I need to write so I've included a photo of the information.

If anyone can help I would be extremely greatful. Please I just want this stopped I can't afford this and it's effecting my health.
