ELECTRONIC/POS DALLAS TX appeared on my bank statement with a charge for $304.28. I haven’t ever heard anything about this company and bank refuses to help me out in this situation.
I had this same charge from the same POS telepay Dallas, TX. I did much research on the internet and found a few people had this same charge and it was a scam.. I even found a 214 area code i think and called it but the number was disconnected. Do i was like i was scammed and there's nothing i can do about it. I researched some more went through all my payments and searched the internet more cause i knew there would be some info somewhere that i could use to find this company and get my money back... I saw something that said telepay in Dallas, tx was a bill pay company. So, i went to my Apollo with a list if ask my bills on it and found the amount that matched closest to the amount drawn from my account: 127.75. i recently paid Alabama power in the amount of 124.15. When using a debit card to pay, i have to pay through an outsidebill pay service that charges an extra 3.60. I added the two together and Walla! 127.75 the same amount drawn from this dallas, tx. I found peace lol. Because i did not want to believe that some foreign place was stealing large amounts of money out my account without my authorization! Whew! Relief. Check to make sure that you hadn't paid some sort of bill or so that included a fee.

same thing happened to me through bill matrix for alabama power. I was taken for 233 dollars from telepay out of dallas tx.

Thank you so much for your reviews because unlike normal people, i decided to review my bank account 3 months later. I noticed back in May of 2018 that I was charged from these people for $241 and almost lost my marbles thinking I was scammed. Because of your review, I checked my electric company, Mississippi power, and found it to be the same amount as one of my bills plus a few dollars extra because of a fee. Bill matrix.
I recently paid my utility
for Alabama power bill through Bill matrix. ($75)and the same amount was charged to my account by Alabama Teleplay Dallas Texas are they the same co.?lm curious because the bill was paid! I tried call the company, no answer. Does anyone know what's going on?
