For almost a week now, I have no internet connection. this is very important to me because I use it for my job. I tried texting their text hotline, but I got no response. Even email them, no response, so I asked my Aunt to call them, and they always tell us that they will send people to fix the problem, but unfortunately, all their employees and technician's are plain useless and stupid I guess. imagine, no connection for a week. I want my monthly subscribtion refunded and my contract with them to be terminated ASAP
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Exactly the same thing is happening to me. I have to always reason out to my supervisor on why I can't submit my jobs on time online. Gosh, I've subscribed because I badly needed internet connection for my job to work.. Unfortunately, I am planning the same and maybe change ISP.
Our enternet line no signal. Please help and follow up. ASAP
