I bought necklace for my girlfriend from Tenen Group. I didn’t receive the item and I can’t contact them since I paid the money. They took my money and didn’t send the order. It is not legal and I promise them that they will pay the devil.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my granddaughter from Tenengroup LTD, but I haven't heard a word from them (no email, call, etc.). My credit card has been charged, but there is no other info. Thank you.

I also purchased a necklace from this company via a GroupOn I saw and purchased and paid for it and have not received any further information in regards to shipping, tracking or anything. They have no phone number to contact them only an email. I emailed them and have yet to hear back from them...

I don't know what all the fuss is about, I had a really great experience with Tenengroup. They received my order and even called me about a certain spelling that I put on one of the necklaces, which is spelled unusually and they wanted to confirm that it was actually the way that I wanted it to be made.

My order came through in about 13 days from the time that I placed it, and was beautifully packaged in cute little gift box.

Bottom line- loved the website and would definitely recommend it. It came fast, the order took a few minutes, and customer support was excellent.

My bank account was charged $23.85 from Tenengroup but I don't remember ordering anything from them. The charge was from Yesterday so it should be fresh in my mind. I searched my e-mail by tenengroup and the amount and neither came up. Time to dispute this with my bank.

naamplaatje besteld..is nooit aangekomen maar wel de nota.Die nota zal ik nooit betalen zolang ik niets heb ontvangen. Zoals ik hier lees zal ik mijn order ergens anders plaatsen. Hoe kom je van je klanten af : Geld ontvangen en niets afzenden. Moraal : Niet bestellen bij deze firma.

I ordered a necklace - in time for mother's day - ya right... no necklace... and of course my credit card was charged. I tried to cancel the order but they keep sending me emails.. saying it is on hold and how do I want to proceed. I told them I want my money back... no such luck... this isn't the last they have heard from me. they have my money which is over $100.00

I'm trying any avenue I can find to get through to this company. My order was send in online 12/11/17 to MY NAME NECKLACE. My credit card has already been charged (over $100) and I have no Merchandise. Order # [protected]. This was guaranteed before Christmas!

I've sent emails, Facebook messages, chat messages and no one answers.
I'm looking into contacting the BBB and Consumer Fraud groups on this matter.

They refunded me $100% - originally wanted to charge me the restocking fee but I refused and went back and forth numerous times with darcy to finally get my money refunded...

Hi Colleen - My bank credited my account with the funds that had gone through to My Name Necklace... and then after numerous and I mean numerous, attempts to reach them...they finally responded...and returned the funds to my account. Needless to say they were returned to my bank ... so it all worked out. However, the stress that I went through...and the annoyance they gave me... was crazy!

I have written to PayPal and said that this bunch of shysters should be banned by PayPal as a seller that can receive service through PayPal. Ordered a necklace for our granddaughter's birthday on 5 November and paid for express delivery. Not received. The process through PayPal to obtain a refund is arduous. Given the number of complaints against this company PayPal must be on notice that they are shysters. If not they should be. Continuing to provide PayPal to this organisation only encourages them to continue to rip off unsuspecting customers. These people rely on those they rip off not having the time or patience to pursue refunds. Also how does Facebook continue to allow this mob to permit these shonky operators to advertise in the light of the number of complaints. They need to be held to account. The extent of the activities of this organisation around the world surely must have come to the attention of the authorities. They should be investigated and prosecuted.

November 2020, placed an order and havent heard anything back, it has been more than a week..totally scam.
