On 1 July 2022 at approximately 4:30PM, I downloaded and paid for the software to unlock my Iphone because I had forgotten my pass code. I tried my best for 2 hours to try to use the software. I tried getting support for the company, no one replied. They do not have a phone number to reach out too either. After trying and getting no help, I canceled the service, and deleted the software off of my computer. Why keep it on there when it doesn't work. The company now, 2 weeks later, only wants to give me 50% back even though they were notified immediately. I find this totally unacceptable.
