simple fraud

Numerous sites, order product - get a purchase order, send them the money- they do not send the product and keep the money

I am sorry- you are right. I am guessing your company may have a similar name - it was not my intent to harm your business.
I am referring to a company that was based out of Canning Nova Scotia that operated under the name Nova Tubs and had owners/salespeople by the name of Terry Byrnes or Deanna Bezanson. In my case I ordered steam showers which I received and then ordered a whirlpool bathtub for over $4000. I received a purchase order, sent the money and then the company "closed" in August 09. I received no bathtub as listed on the purchase order and am basically out the money for that tub.

Well I am not surprised- Deanna is an expert at designing web sites and also internet fraud.
I do have a contact at the RCMP and perhaps we can connect to pursue this together?

Here is a list of all the sites created by Deanna Bezanson that have been on line that are no longer in business along with a nova tub site, and global purchasing- and now it sounds like a travel agency...

So your website allows anyone to write any comments they want about any company or person without identifying themselves or showing any proof of evidence.

This is a perfect example of what is wrong with the Internet.

Anyone in business knows that if you have thousands of customers that at least one is bound to be disgruntle or have you ever thought that this person might be one of our competitors trying to destroy our reputation that has taken us over 10 years to build.

Your company should be held legally responsible for allowing this person to slander our names without even knowing who they are or providing any proof of their claims.

Plus, the fact that you don't even try to contact us so we have the opportunity to defend ourselves is morally wrong and poor business ethics. Now, potential clients that do a search on Google for a name, all they see is what is written on your website and you answer to know one for allowing it to happen.

For one thing our companies and staff have never been located in Ontario, which the Register of Joint Stocks will confirm and yes we have many marketing names for many different products which is normal for any business and if that is illegal than just about every company out there is guilty.

Get your facts straight before you allow people to slander innocent, hard working people who are just trying to make a living.

Nina K - If you feel so strongly that we have done you wrong in any way, then why don't you identify your real name so we can at least see what you are talking about if there is any truth to your claim at all because our records show that we have never done any business in North America with a person named Nina and last name beginning with the letter K

I have filed and won a small claims case against Deana Bezanson and global purchasing. I never received the hot tub I paid for and never had a call returned.
If anyone knows her whereabouts, any property in her name, a bank account they sent money to so that I can get the sheriff to execute my order and get my money.
Deana is a professional thief, thats a fact and I have a court judgement proving it.

With this one she registered with www.vacation.com after scaming many hosts trying to win a paid job, she advertises as a host and charges a fee to book their travel

With Vacation.com they host you for a fee of your http://www.facebook.com/theholidayexperts this is her page but its under someone elses company, she has most likely blocked all her former allies.

I am going to keep this simple and o the point.
We do not SCAM anyone. We are a legitimate travel agency. All of the information you have is incorrect and you are really setting yourself up for a serious liable and defamation lawsuit!
You have us mistaken...we do not scam people, win jobs...what the heck?
You are a seriously deranged individual OR a travel competitor.
Get a life! Period! This website allows anyone to post anything...about anyone. If you are a client and would like credible information please contact us directly. We have all required legal documentation !

It's an unfortunate fact but businesses fail every day all over Canada but why does it not say anywhere in all their attacks that we were running the travel business for over 8 years and paid out hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars in commissions to our agents, which is all documented with Revenue Canada, who just had to enter their proper invoices and send them to our head office, not to mention sponsoring some of their kids sports teams.
Another question to ask yourself is " Why would agents stay with us for years, many right from the day we opened our doors, if we were not paying commissions? Just think about that for a moment. We have stated many times that if agents just sent us their last supplier's invoices with a properly filled out invoice so we could confirm that the money they claim we owe them is legitimate, then we would gladly pay any monies owed to them within the next pay period (2 weeks) and some did which we have paid but very few did. Instead they invented these fictitious numbers derived from who knows where with no documentation or proof to back it up and expected us to just pay them out with no questions asked so we could help finance their own travel agencies while stealing as many of our current active agents as thy could along the way They latest one I heard is that we would not pay agents for up to a year. Well, anyone in the travel business will tell you that some suppliers do not pay out commissions to agencies until the clients have traveled and that could be up to a year and a half. Sometimes I've seen clients book their trips more than 2 years in advance because the trips could be cancelled for a million different reasons. Anyone in the travel business will tell you that and if they don't they are lying. Now some of the larger agencies will pay commissions up front but if the trip in cancelled for any reason, then the agency will do what is called a "Claw Back" where they will deduct 'collect" that money "commission" paid out to the agent in their next pay period but many times the agent might have quit and that money is gone with no chance of recovery. We, as a company just did not have to resources to operate like that, nor would we ever do it even if we had the resources. It's just bad business.
So now we have a group of these ex agents that try everything in their power to destroy Deanna's reputation to anyone that will listen but the fact of the matter is, all of the big players and business owners in the travel industry know the truth about these agents and how the business really works and anyone who wants the facts just have to ask us. It is all documented. We have saved every file, invoice, email and documentation ever spoken or written since the business began. We throw out nothing.
Now we have these pathetic articles in the local trash magazine in their next round of attacks on Deanna and her entire family. I do have to agree with one thing they said and that was in their slogan at the top of the page. "The Truth will Come Out" Unfortunately again, because of these hate group attacks on social media, court costs, legal fees and the extra staffing we have to bring on just to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row for when it all does go to court. the company was just not making enough money to keep the doors open so we had to shut it all down. Again, it was unfortunately because we did have a large group of loyal agents who knew the truth and were sticking with us thru it all but eventually we had to find them a new home to book their travel which we did and the majority seem extremely happy with the move. Just a bigger company with a 24 Billion Dollar Treasure Chest to back them up so they now have top of the line apps and training programs they can all access, which we were not in a position financially to offer. If anyone reading this has any questions, please feel free to ask. We have nothing to hide. Everything I spoke of is documented
