Tevo places a 3 year warranty on the Memre foam pillows. Yet after 3 month experiencing that the new pillow is falling flat and not providing any support for ones neck and head as advised. Why place a 3 warranty, but yet you may not use the warranty as one have used the pillow. Do you need to lock the pillow up for the 3 years and then only then use the warranty after that to be able to claim a refund or report a fault. I have used for the last 10 year Memre foam pillows and it was time for a new one in October due to my other Memre foam pillow being 4 years old and now needed to be replaced. All pillow I have always had was the Tevo Memre foam make never had any issues until now. Now when wanting to use the warranty you get informed sorry you have used it and nothing can be done. Why place a warranty of the 3years the on the Pillow! I spent a lot of money on a pillow to ensure I have support for my neck and head and to get a good nights sleep! Really Tevo this is shocking from you and for a pillow support to fall flat in support as a pillow of 4years old!

Hi Melanie,

Please advise as to which Memre pillow you have as often this is related to an incompatibility issue, where the purchased pillow is not suitable for the user. Smaller pillows are more suitable for kids whilst the larger would be considered for adults.

Hi there,

Thank you but the pillow when lying on it goes flat and one can compare this to a pillow that has been used for a longer time.

Please advise what is the warranty of 3 years then if the pillow is not even lasting for 3 months?

Please accept our sincere apologies if there are compatibility issues with the pillow in question. Unfortunately, a pillow cannot be replaced or refunded if it has been used, unless the pillow has a workmanship defect i.e., loses it shape and form or goes flat.
