I received a call offering me the Ab-doer twist performance package. This package was to come with:1.) Ab-doer twist product 2.) $100.00 gift card that could be used at any store 3.) 2 DVD's 4.) workout calendar 5.) performance package which included bodymass analyzing skill 6.) free shipping and 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. I was told the cost of the package was $199.80 + $6.08 tax + $9.95 shipping (although was told FREE shipping). I was also told the $100.00 gift card would be included in the box. Kennard Dixon was the sales rep who called me, employee # 5108 and his phone # [protected]. My confirmation # for delivery was Tate80918. I paid the total of $215.83 upfront via my Debit Mastercard. I received the package on August 17, 2011, Wednesday. I removed all the items enclosed in the box. There was only 1 DVD and no $100.00 gift card. What was enclosed was a $50.00 reward redemption center certificate which requires you to spend $100.00 or more from a store and to send in the original receipts in order to receive a $25.00 gift card! This WAS NOT explained to me as to what I would receive! If I knew this was what I would have to do to receive a gift card, I would not have purchased this item.
I have been trying to return this product since and receive the run-around, having to call different #s and speak with different people. The return # won't take it back without my having to pay a $49.95 shipping return. That # is [protected]. I have spoken with a Rob in Vg, a mgr, at [protected], ext. 5006. I have also spoken with Rod Williams, Quality Assur. Supv.at the same #. I have been disconnected, transferred to one dept. after another, and still no satisfied results. I want a full refund for what I paid or to be given a $100.00 refund to cover the $100 gift card I was told I would receive.
