My daughter-in-law was a bartender/waitress at the West Chesterson, OH store. She was mistreated by management on her shift. Her father was there at the time and stood up for her. She was ordered to leave and "banned" from the premises. She contacted HR about that situation whom I hope will review the tapes from the audio and video recordings on the in store cameras. Other employees and patrons who witnessed stated that management was in the wrong. I hope that management will correct their wrong doing and apologize. I also hope that upper management can train in store managers so employees can work in a safe, respectful environment
Desired outcome: Management apologize for their mistreatment of the employee. That management will be trained in how to make sure their employees are treated respectfully and can work in a safe environment.
