I shopped an sunglasses (the sunglasses Hut) from The Market Place at The Hudson’s Bay in April 4-2022. This company doesn’t mentioned about market place return policy on the main page, otherwise I would not order online from market place. Because it is the biggest mistake of my life. I wanted to return it to The Bay, but store did not accept my return and they told me the market place items must return to the main company not the bay!? They shoot me to the The Hut glasses. After 3-4 times calls and 5-6 emails for a 40 days, the Hut glasses shoot me to the bay and the manager asked me do not call them again very rudely. What a waist of my time!? Again I started to do many times calling and emailing to back and forth to the market place, and after almost 2 months MP STILL PLAYING ME. The Bay, still, did not return my money back to my PayPal account?! However this company received the sunglasses back almost 3 months ago! They owe me $142.38 for a sunglasses. The last email the bay sent me was on June 20-2022 and promised I will get my money back when their return completed! Today is July 21. And they lied again. I have not received any email from them at all. Today I contacted to their customer service which is located in Philippine, as usual they Can not do anything to solve this problem except emailing to the market place and dispute and request the return my money for third times. Before the bay customer service was located in Canada and I could talk to the manager directly, many times and they always solved my problem. No headache at all, But now, is disaster. Sham to this company! Who are they? Who is this CEO? Is he sleeping? Why he does not lesson to their customers? They have no right to treat customer like garbage! You are shameless!
