I purchased a $1400 cannon in July for use in my backyard. After a mere 3 months (note that the website says "for indoor and outdoor use — see the attached picture), the paint is peeling.
I contacted customer service, and was told that I should purchase some acrylic paint and touch it up, then coat it with urethane.
Seriously?! $1400 and it's poor quality.
At no point during my initial conversation with the sales agent was I told the cannon was not meant for outdoor use. And at no point was I told I needed to coat it with urethane.
But it's now my responsibility to sand off the cracked/peeling paint, purchase paint and urethane, and make it look good. Shouldn't the vendor do that?
Desired outcome: Vendor repair the product
