The Loan Shop has not provided proof of money given us, and charges our bank accounts each month! After several attempts to contact by phone and email, we have still not received the information in which we requested. This has been a big scam for us and put us in a financial bind! We are hard working Americans who try and pay our bills but have been repeatedly ripped off by this company and it's practice of taking money out each month that is not rightfully theirs! We want our money back and also a copy of all activity on our account! We are also filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau so this company can no longer con innocent people out of their hard earned money!

The contract you sighed when you got the loan clearly states that you agree to debit entries to and from any of your accounts AND you can verify through your bank statements when you got the loan AND the [protected] toll free number IS on your bank statement next to the debit so what you are saying is not only false but adefamation of a company that was nice enouph to loan you the money YOU requested on-line KNOWING FULL WELL the terms and agreement of that loan agreement.

Everybody goes through hard times financially and usually tend to overlook the loan agreement. Due to circumstances that you may have experienced, getting the money was the number one priority regardless of whats behind the scene. I think the question that should be asked is if the loan agreement itself is even legal. These payday loan companies can put whatever they want and if its states that they'll take your house and car if you don't pay pay them back, do you think that they actually would? I suggest you take the contract, or request a copy if you don't have one, and seek advice from a lawyer who can better assist you. Also, you might want to read up on what debt collectors can/cannot do. The link below is the Fair Debt Collection Practices act.

Good luck.

June 2017 I took out a loan with The Loan Shop. 300 dollars with 90.00 interest. I Stressed the fact I wanted the whole amount taken on my scheduled payday. I was told that would not be a problem. I live in California and know that is a law here. On july 2nd they only took 90.00, and again on the 16th and 30th, and then another 90.00 on Augt 13th. totaling 360.00. One the 22nd and 28th of August they tried to pull yet another 90.00 each time. I did a stop payment on the 90.00 payments, so they changed the amounts. Since the stop payment can only be done amount specific. Since then another 12 transactions, all in different amounts have been placed. it has cost me 475.00 in NSF fees, and other transactions were returned in the process. I have kept my bank up to date, and it has forced me to compramise my account. and open another one. A security block was issued on my new account last week as a result of someone trying to obtain my account number. I have the last 6 months of transactions including the NSFs from my bank.

I applied online for a pay day loan a week ago. But never received any approval from any loan company. On February 13 while I was on vacation in the Caribbean I decided to check my account to see my balance and saw a pending amount of $390 from the Loan shop. I was very surprise because I never received any loan from this company. I tried several times contacting the telephone number that was listed on my statement for the company but had no luck. I decided to call my bank and dispute the amount. I was informed that since its pending they actually have to wait until the charge go through before they can put through the claim. The charge actually went through on 02/14 so I am waiting for my bank to send me some forms I need to fill out in order to get my money back. How dear Loan Shop for doing this. Don't they think I would notice the debit amount ($390) not $3.90. Even then I would still notice. With how things is so hard with the economy. I can't afford to loose a penny. I understand that if I had receive a loan that I definitely have to pay but I never received one cent from those people. I want my money back.

I was checking my bank account as I do regularly and noticed a debit for $323.00 from the loan shop. I have never applied for a loan online because i know they are all scams. Someone submitted my account information online and they linked accounts with them and thought that it was my loan that needed to be repaid. They drafted money out of my account for someone elses loan. They will not refund my money. I had to close my bank account and open a new account... NOTICE> PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING FOR LOANS ONLINE. THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO CHEAT YOU>

They just did the same to me for $220.
They say they are right and not wrong.
I was unemployed when they say I got a loan from them.
