I would like to inform you that, we received EDC machine after long time from applying, now we received earlier, but the problem is that 1 machine is not working without charging cable, I make call on Toll free no [protected] but the my terminal id is not registered, i called 5 times but i got only intimation of registration of TID no .

I am a Visa Platinium card holder, I was looking at Alahlionline for my credit cards under my name. I found that I am holding two credit cards with (active status) I tried to close the credit card which was not with me but later on I found that my both the cards have been closed. I called the online phone banking and complaint about the closed credit cards, I asked them to reopen my credit card, unfortunately they were not able to reopen as it was closed by myself. I asked them it was done mistakenly because I was trying to close the other card which is not with me. I asked to let me speak to the manager who can solve my problem, they replied that manager will call on your registered number. Its more than two weeks and nobody called me.
If you are unable to reactivate my credit card then please transfer SR 6189.96 to my NCB account as I owe this amount to the credit card which I paid in advance to utilize during my vacation to USA.
Also bank has charged SR 300 for the yearly fee which use to be SR 200, I think before increasing the fee you should have inform to your customers, these days many banks are offering their credit cards without any annual fee.

I and My Friends who is using Quicpay transfer to Indonesia at sunday morning, 2-April-2017 until now (15-Apr-2017) has not yet received without reasonable explanation. Already complaint to Quickpay they said complaint is not acceptable, complain to NCB they said Bank In Indonesia problem, where is gone my money ? I made bank transfer to Philippines, BDO through Quickpay for my son (reference QPAY880182410565) last 29 August 2018 at 00:14 hours, but it is "voided", yet I send another transaction as this is emergency for the same amount and beneficiary through QPAY880182410001 also on 29 August, at 10:32 hours but just the same 'voided'. I received an SMS for QPAY880182410565 on the same at 19:52 hours that it is cancelled but until now, not yet transferred to my account. Awaiting cancellation for QPAY880182410001. There is problem in Indonesia bank I alos transfer much time 20 Million IDR to 25 Million IDR if you Try to Transfer More then 25 Million they need additional verification Like Old Bank Statement or Name Correction so I advise donnot send more then 25 Million IDR one Time so you cannot face problem.

I have facing the same Problem, on 29/05/2017 I had using Quickpay service for transferring amount SAR 8000 to Indonesia bank BCA, every weeks I came to Quick pay office for complaint, until now still no progress...I ask for refund they ask for BCA account statement, I gave them BCA statement yesterday now I am waiting for the answer.

I hava deposited a sum of 7000 sar in ncb quick pay atm it took the amount in the cash box and was showing processing and later displayed a the message unable to process and atm card came out but cash did not came out. I have never heard of NCB Management. Last three days I have been getting these phone calls on my cell from this odd [protected] number. Thankfully I have City ID on my phone and it says it's coming from Bensalem, PA. So this women keeps calling me buy the name of (Shannon).. She don't never tell me who she is with or what she is calling me for. All she says is that it is urgent. But what I dont get, is she calls from this 215 number. But she wants me to dial some 1-800 number. But what pissed me off the most. Is that I wanna know how the **** she got my grandparents home phone number. She has the guts to call my grandparents and tell them I left there number as a reference! Are you kidding me? . I'm not paying you ****. Has anyone else had this problem before?
calling constantly with no messages left
Since late January, the number [protected] has appeared on our caller ID with the heading Toll Free Call. Yesterday we received notice from this company dated 2/2 that the bank had charged this account off (first we knew of it) and sold it to them.
Over the last several weeks, this company repeatedly calls several times a day, but NEVER leaves a message. It not only speaks to the type of company these debt firms have become but also to the banks who continue to prolong the stress of the situation with no compassion.

incapable of making address change
After 1 1/2 years of making monthly payments to satisfy a debt, the post office mistakenly began forwarding my mail to my son's new address (we share the same first and last name). I contacted NCB Management Services and even made my correspondence to what I now assume to be the fictitious person (Louis Glantz) handling my account FIVE times explaining the situation and requesting my address be changed. No one on staff was able to handle this task and my debt has now been given to an attorney's office. I am sick of people who whine about keeping their jobs but are unwilling to perform them!
harassing phone calls
I have been getting repeated phone calls from this company, from somebody by the name of steve yudek (sp). He only identifies himself and not the agency he is calling from. I did a reverse number look up so that is how I know it is this company. He is constantly calling me at work and at home and has gotten to the point where he is harrassing the switchboard operator. I will not speak with anyone that I do not know if they do not identify the company they are calling from. He has left rude and frustatrating messsages on my home phone as well which I have saved and will be reporting. Leave me alone!

credit card payment was deducted twice. plz check the photo, i paid my credit in full amount but there was a transaction made again payment for the same credit card without my knowledge. this is very disappointing.
Hardly staff on there desk, all the time on phone. Waiting time to be serviced is min 1 hr above. They press all numbers on screen and call numbers manually. Worse branch to be serviced. Basic requirement of salary printout n iqama updating needs hrs of waiting. Whole day wasted.
