The Oaks Of Westchase Apartments review: Locators fees not paid to vendor

My issues started 01/13/2023 i'm a real estate broker that took my 5 clients to the oaks of westchase apartments I was promised to be paid once my clients toured, got approved and moved in. All of my clients did get approved and has already moved into the complex. Once I invoiced miss markayla power 30 days later. She is now saying they don't have any money to pay me! miss power should have told me the truth because toured the property all 5 times I toured once a week for 5 weeks and miss markayla power should said she couldn't pay me after my first client and would have taken my other 4 clients some where else so I could get paid. I feel like she tricked me so I could help her file up her property. The business to business trust is gone and I will not do anymore business with the oaks of westchase apartments in houston texas or lincoln property co that manage this complex. This management company is not doing enough to help me get paid
