I "sold" my phone to them, the quote was good, I received payment in my PayPal and confirmed the money was there. Then I got a message from PayPal informing me Whiz Cells cancelled the payment and the money was removed from my PayPal. I sent several emails and used the contact us link from their site to find resolution and never got any response. Order #165722 (January 19, 2023)

Desired outcome: Get payed the $140 they agreed to
