Three Mobile review: Refund from mobile services

I ended my contract with Three Mobile sep 2022 after being wkth them for over 10yrs. I was owed a refund of £127+. I have been trying to get this for weeks from them & they still haven’t given me my money. I did online chat. Promises were made. No refund. Another online chat & the same thing. I rang & was advised to email. I’ve sent over 15. nothing.
