I purchased 2 tickets for an event held in Salem, Oregon for March 10th. TicketWeb withdrew $ 173.00 from my bank account but never sent me the tickets. I have sent 5 emails to their email address of: [protected]@ticketwebb.com and have received no email reply. I contacted their customer service number listed on their website and receive a pre-recorded message that "Phone support not available". They are a great company to take your money, but they have no customer service available either via email or phone number in the event that something should go wrong, I hope someone files a Class Action Lawsuit against this company.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a refund if I am unable to get into this event
