I contracted with Primo Management Group lacerated at 7200 Lake Ellenor Drive, Suite 240, in Orlando, FL 32809, on January 28, 2021, with a $2,000 payment to get released from my Time Share obligation with Tahoe Seasons Resort (Lake Tahoe, CA). I have followed all of the requirements that Primo required by forwarding all correspondence from this time share. The only correspondence received has been regarding additional Maintenance fee invoices and property taxes due. Primo stated in their initial correspondence that they would do monthly follow-ups. The only monthly follow-up I have received from Primo has been when I initiated the inquiries on what was happening thru either emails or phone calls to Primo. In the latest email communication with Primo on 11/19/2022 I finally received a call from their agent Breanna M. that she would set up a phone call with their resolution specialist on 11/24, 2022 at 4:00 PM. As of this date, I am still waiting on this phone call. Primo has had this contract for over one - and three-quarter years and I seriously believe nothing has been done as I have not received any correspondence from the time share regarding removal of the time share obligation.

Desired outcome: Removal of time share obligation without adverse effect on my credit standing.
