I took my car in for a routine oil change on [protected]@ 10:27 a.m. After driving to work the next few days my car began to drive differently. Only to find out from it driving bad that they put too much oil in my car. So, on my day off I called to bring it back on 09-14-2022 @ 17:51. Upon them checking they also stated that too much oil was put in and that they didn't work that day. To only find out that no one is certified to change oil. I was told that the 19-year-old working on my car as he's on his cell phone did not know how to read an oil dip stick? As they continued for more than an hour began to ask me the customer how much oil should they put in my car? P.S. I also was given another customers info attached to minds this is unacceptable on any level. NO CONFIDENTIALITY!
I'm hoping someone takes me seriously to fix the wrong doings. Mrs. Jadinna Applewhite-Burton (860) 881-5578Since 2019 the professionalism as dropped in this company, as it has changed hands in leadership and making sure that satisfaction on all levels is being met but yet and still it's a sad situation when I work hard to only be treated poorly in a business company.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my money refunded and my car checked by a certified tech. I have been a customer for over 4 1/2 years and employees come and go. With this being said that includes Management.
