Tire Choice Jounston St Lafayette, LA review: Rude, incompetent, lazy, no customer service

Scheduled appt 24 hr in advance for alignment and tire balance. When I arrived I was unprofessionally greeted by a male individual with a severely wrinkled, mostly unbuttoned shirt not tucked in. Additional his hair was unkept with a partial bun atop of his head After a 1 hr del they finally bring my vehicle into the shop to discover it needed 2 tires. No problem, change them and complete the alignment. Same counter/greeter person said best he could was get them next day. I advised that timeframe couldn’t work due circumstances I explained. I asked what other offerings he had that were not exact matching and he advised he had all terrain tires which I advised him as this is a 2wd vehicle and all terrain tires aren’t needed. He just shrugged his shoulders and never responded. As after about a min of awkward silence I asked if needed to find my own tires to his reply was ‘ I guess’. So, I now do business with their biggest competitor. I’m done with Tire Choice.
