staff behaviour inside the temple premises
Sir,
I had come for dharshanam on 14/07/2019 with my mother and husband. It was our long cherished dream to have dharshan of Venkitachalapathi.After travelling more than 600 kms from Kerala I reached Thirupathi on 13/07/2019 night. I am very much satisfied with the amenities provided to devotees and the good ambience and I sincerely appreciate the administration.But it is very unfortunate to say that we were not able to have a proper dharshanam even after our long wait due to the insulting behaviour of the staff. As soon as we reached in front of the deity they started to pull our hands and turn our necks in the opposite direction.It was very difficult for us especially to my mother who has vision problems and was not able to see the Lord properly. I understand the volume of the devotees and the need to provide dharshanam to all of them. But this kind of attitude towards devotees are totally unacceptable.We hope that you will take our complaint into consideration and take necessary steps to avoid such situations.
bus services from renivunta to tirumala

Its my humble request tirumala development committee to take not of problems faced by pilgrims while travelling by bus. As the bus reaches the entry of tirumala foothill then people are asked to get for frisking there bags.
I have experienced uphill taslk in getting down with heavy baggeges and old old aged family members and on the top of that people have to board again to get there seats as it may lead to loss of acquired seats. The expert should look into this matter as it is difficult for officials to access such problem it's my service to people of all section to experience better service from ttd. Devotess should feel the divinity in the surrounding as it generates positive vibes. When everything comes easy people gain more faith in god. Namo venkatesyaya.

I'm Bellraj Ottaly, booked(25/05/2019) 3 tickets for e-Special Entry Darshan on 19/07/2019 . then I received one message on my mobile phone,
"Dear Belraj, you have successfully booked e-Special Entry Darshan for 19-07-2019. Transaction ID is ID27051995457272."
Till now I have not received any receipt for e-Darshan...
Also I booked 0ne A/C Suit Room for 2 days in Madhavam guest House from 18/07/19 to 19/07/19.my transaction detail no 490393, RS 1600/-i didn't get any receipt for this .
So many times I called.. unfortunately no reply from your side...
There is no time to waste..
Please find the attachments and do the needful as soon as possible.

In devastan sadan there is a lot lockers available nearly 30 but when I ask for locker they told me that for single back pack locker will not be provided.
Is TTD not encourage tourist with single bag or single persons is not allowed to visit .
I don't understand this rule.
I suffered with my travellers baggage for whole day because my darshan on 8pm what I have to do till that time with bag.
Employees names are : Gurumurthy and Sadasivan. Their behaviour with piligrims is also not good, they are shouted, teasing the people

worst ever free darshanam, started at 6:30 pm and retirned the next day at 10:30am without having lord's darshan. Worst management doesn't care about little children, the compartments are the worst, felt like a jail.

Rooms are provided to pilgrims on identification & signatures in TTD registers. But, at the time of vacating the room, nothing is recorded, except the staff noting in their computer..after pilgrim leaves the key & receipt. Pilgrim cannot ensure it .
This gives scope of : Unscrupulous staff misusing the room, like giving to others. In case of any untoward incident, who is responsible ?

I do not mean all are Unscrupulous.. TTD is running on the shoulders of sincere staff. But the point I gave, gives huge scope fir misuse by Unscrupulous staff, may be very very few. But the damage is huge when misused. The innocent pilgrim also will be a victim.

Most worst pilgrim, disgusting staff from the right from tollgate(as no one guided to take toll challanwhich we missed ) on ttd associate is ready to help (atleast word) pilgrims, I wish struggling for 2 days to get sarvadarshan token issuing counter most bloodiest part is I was in a line which was suggest by ttd voulanteer finally I was thrown as it was wrong place after 5 hours, what not every where process lapses I won't suggest to visit it it doesn't deserve valued people stepping here it's a 100% business oriented pilgrim, no help centers available, complaint cells it most rediculus (Ian not even getting words to describe ) my worst experience), here pilgrims are treated as slaves.highly courrupted what ever services u opt it has a rate (illegal).if I have an option of give a rateing I would be giving -ve in rating

In my childhood, the quality of the prasadam was really good. Tirupati laddu was the best laddu in the world. However the quality was reducing day by day. The cost is being increased everywhere and the the quality of laddu is deteriorated totally. Now a days even the Tirupati laddu tastes as good as pulla reddy laddu. Kindly maintain the quality for general public also, not only for priests and VIPs. Only VIPs the so called priests and the staff only are getting the original laddu. Pilgrims are being sold duplicate laddu. This is not the laddu which is offered to god. Please, Please donot cheat the pilgrims.

So, what is the difference.
Sarvadarshanam ki 2 days nduku wait cheyali memu, ante andarni special darshanam teeskovali ani force chestunara?!
Why?
Is this the punishment for people who don't take special darshanam.
If there are no tokens they can give second allotment tickets so that we can have a difference.
Is this service or business.. We are from other state and I pity on the present managing directors of the ttd.

We are residents of hyderabad and vishakapatnam. Sir, we booked 300rs darshanam ticket and we have walked about 4hrs for darshanam. Sir, we went for darshnam, the sevaks or volunteer there draged me and two small daughters and my wife and she got sllipped off. we got in to discussion with those volunter, then immediately ttd empolyee came in to action, instead of asking the volunters what happen, he got angried on us. We asked him if she got slipped off he gave th answer like"we didnt bother about any piligrim health, and he use different language
So sir, we felt that there is no protection for piligrimages there, we are asking just a concer about piligrimages. This incident was happened yesterday that is 23th may at 7-9pm time. So, this is my humble request to take action about this.and one more thing is the taxi driver they charge minimum 100 rs even half kilometer the piligrims are tide they are with small children's and old age people and the accomodation are so far and ttd free buses are full at that time the taxi driver or jeep driver are demanding minimum 100 they like union please take a action on this union fix some resnablerates

misbehaviour of sweepers with sevak
Sweepers named Padmavathamma, Bharathi, who were duty sweepers at CRO Food Court during 5:30 PM on 30-5-2019, used offensive, abusive language towards a sevak who is in duty. The reason being, when a lady piligrim of over 50 years slipped and fell down along with prasadam in her hand they were asking her to clean it and as the sevak supported the piligrim asking Sweepers to clean, they responded with manhandling and very bad abusive language. This would amount to 1.dereliction of duty 2.Threatening and misbehaving with both the piligrim s and the sevak 3.Disrespect towards both higher officers and TTD on the whole, as the concerned officer whom we met to complain expressed that it is their regular behaviour with them as well. So please take strict action towards them so that it acts as an example to others and also piligrim retain some respect and belief towards TTD. Also please conduct some training sessions to TTD employees, training them in soft skills towards sevaks and also piligrim

We are residents of vizianagaram and vishakapatnam. Sir, we booked 300rs darshanam ticket and we have walked about 4hrs for darshanam. As she is obesity person we got in to discussion with those scouts, then immediately a police officer came in to action, instead of asking the scouts what happen, he got angried on us. We asked him if she got slipped off he gave th answer like"we didnt bother about any piligrim health, our duty is to drag tje pilgrimages".
So sir, we felt that there is no protwction for piligrimages there, we are asking just a concer about piligrimages. This incident was happened yesterday that is 19th feb at 4-5 pm time. So, this is my humble request to take action about this.

we unexpectedly wanted to reach tirumala and have darshan on 20 december 2018,
in the process we checked for 300 rs Darshan on ttdsevaonline.com and there is no availability on specific day,
So we fixed to go by free darshan but on reaching tirupati
some persons are waiting near railway station and asked us for avail darshan,
desperately we need to have darshan on that day, we are ok and paid 2500 rs for each person to have darshan through IRCTC to a person named Pavan,
as we inquired later on the price is 800. please go through the following issue and resolve it to help the common people.
divya dharshan ticket system
I would like to understand why Divya Dharshan pilgrims were treated in same way as sarva dharshan pilgrims ? We have reached 1250th step to procure token around 11 a.m but we got dharshan time as 7p.m. whereas In Earlier system DD pilgrims were allowed to see dharshan without any waiting time. Inspite of 8 hours waiting time we were locked in cell for 3 hrs after moving step by step from cell 32 we got dharshan around 10 p.m where in between they keep dharshan open for VIPs, 300 rs ticket, tour package people coming via supatham. What a terrible service for DD pilgrims ? we gotta wait for 12 hours with all our pain with patience to have dharshan whereas money flowing tickets were given importance . Kudos to the management who brought the system to treat DD pilgrims same as SD pilgrims. I request them to use some common sense or put yourself in their shoes before bringing such worst practices. To the top no free Laddos for DD pilgrims after some count whereas selling 2019 calender and diaries for Rs 100 at every step...I request TTD to treat all pilgrims with some humanity especially DD pilgrims . There are elderly people, children as well. There is limit for tolerance . waiting time of 12 hrs for DD pilgrims is atrocious!
