TJX (Winners) HomeSense Marshalls review: Instore credit return cards stolen.

I am writing in regards to my 2 cards which were used in Toronto (I am in BC) on I believe Saturday April 16. I had went to my local Winners store here in Coquitlam, BC and tried to make a purchase just to find out that both of my cards have 0.00$ balance on them. I have no idea how someone could use my cards as they were in my possession since they were loaded and still are. Card number [protected] csc:3965 had 396,07$ CAD on it and the other card number [protected] csc:6223 had balance of 257.58$ CAD bringing total of both cards to 653.65$ CAD. I contacted Winners TJX customer service via telephone to find out a resolution for this and after some emails and a few phone calls to me and my partners great dismay were told that there was nothing that they can do and we are out over 650 dollars. That's half a paycheck for me, One full weeks work hard earned money gone in this economy.
