Yes, AGENSI PEKERJAAN T&L (Maid Agency T&L) in BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG IS A DISHONEST MAID AGENCY. Please avoid this Maid Agency.
When I approach this company to get a new maid, we were given some biodatas to choose from. At that time, there was another customer who is making a big noise because he did not get a maid as promised. We ask the sales personnel what is the big fuss, she replied that the maid that the person applied are not able to come and he rejected alternative maid biodatas.
We then proceed to pay the deposit for the maid that we have chosen. WHAT A WRONG DECISION IT WAS! We were promised that the maid will arrive in 3 months (max). They mentioned that there are no cases that the maid will come beyond 3 months.
WHAT A LIE BY AGENSI PEKERJAAN T&L IN BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG!
After 3 months, we enquiry about the maid and we were told the maid that we chosen is not available. When we asked for alternative biodatas, we were told that there were no biodatas for us to choose. They ask us to apply for refund. The sales personnel promised us full refund, which is RM 2, 500-00.
When we get the refund (after about 1.5 months later), we only get RM 2, 200-00. They said they deduct RM 300.00 for administration fee to submit the application to the government. When I ask for their proof of submission, they finally said that they did not submit it. WHAT A SHAME!
AGENSI PEKERJAAN T&L cheats people of the administration fee by doing nothing! Now I understand why the customer earlier is very upset.
IN MALAYSIA, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CONSUMER PROTECTION AND MAID AGENCIES ARE MAKING MONEY THROUGH THESE NEW LAWS LOOPHOLE!
Please avoid AGENSI PEKERJAAN T&L TO AVOID GETTING CHEATED! Please spread the news to your friends so that they will not become the next victim.
We expect maid agency to be honest in their dealing.

Guess what i have a bad experience with Tazia Maid Agency . It has been 4 month and i still did not get my maid . Do not take their maid because their representative just give empty promises .
I seem to agree with you as I unfortunately gave my maid’s permit to be renewed( which I shld have done myself) and now it is already 5 weeks and still no renewal!
Just an update to my previous posting on Agensi Pekerjaan PMA - they have failed to abide by my tribunal court award since Sept '14. Thanks to social media, I found another victim in an exact dilemma as myself. PMA had refused to abide by this victim's award too. PMA is like a thug..so daring to commit same offense more than one case..God knows how many more they had victimized..they must have been experienced & hv their ways to wiggle thru the system's loopholes, knowing govt dept takes forever to prosecute non-compliance cases. So pls be aware & stay away from this cheating & law breaking agent!

Since AP PMA has commited criminal offenses in non-compliance of more than one tribunal court awards, it's just for sharing here so employers will be careful in choosing trustworthy & law abiding maid agencies.

Anybody took maid from agency in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor?
I've done the survey among few agency in this area and really not sure whether which agency is reliable and commit what they promised.
Anybody have experience with them? SetiaKarib(SK), Uni Setia ?Siri Asal? PMA? Tazia?
I also Kena already from this agency. Please don't u guys fall a victim too. Beware.

Wish we had seen this earlier. Been 5 months of bad experience. Now waiting for second maid form them but they keep giving excuse saying the medical report not ready. Everytime we ask then only they check.
The first maid we received had fake medical report from Philippines. Found to have underlying health issues by Fomema. No choice we return the maid and till now waiting and waiting.
Can't even get a single refund and sadly we paid all in full.
This is now in 2023 December.
Wish there is a place to make formal complaints. Wonder if consumer association can help on this?
