I have been charged incorrectly and not authorised on a number of occassions,

15.03.2014 - $32.99 which was charged twice on the same day

16.04.2014 - $8.90

18.04.2014 - $32.99 twice again.

11.05.2014 - $8.90

I did not authorise these payments and do not know what the website is for. Please refund me the amount $149.76, unsubscribe me from all future adverts, memberships etc.

If I do not hear back in the next few days further action will be taken.

To Whom It may concern,
i am Ali Reza from Australia. i have hade a money stolen from my account $105

I Have just checked my account and have been charged more then 10 times over the past 3 months.

I have not signed up or authorised any of the payments yet have come out of my account.
Therefore I would appreciate a full refund of $105 as soon as possible . And for you to unsubscribe me from whatever service it is I am supposedly being charged for.

If I do not hear back in the next few days further action will be taken.

I have also been charged unauthorised payments from tnbillinfo 3 times so far 5/1/15- 1.00, 21/1/15- 36.99, 21/1/15-1.30 for services I have not used my name is karen my email is ksummerfield1989@hotmail.co.uk please cancel all further payments and refund my money in the next 48 hrs or I will be sueing this company also my bank have been contacted and fraud squad has been made aware.

jan 05, 2015 -1.00
jan 06, 2015 - 34.99
jan 06 2015 -1.00
and on jan 12 2015 i was deposited 1.00
I have no idea what this site is, i have no authorized any payments, i have requested a cancellation previously and no action was taken i have still been charged, I want you to cancel any further transactions, subscriptions, email lists, news list anything associated with your company, and refunded immediately! you can contact me through travis.101310@gmail.com to confirm compliance ... you have 48 hours to comply,

This is ### that this is happening to so many diffrent people and this ### are still getting away with it, what does this complaint board do about it i would like to now? Something is chargingy account for no reason every couple of hours today it has charged my account 29.97 I have no idea why I need it to stop now

I had £43-99 taken out of my account because I was given a trial period on a dating site over the phone, I was not told about the auto rebilling on the site. I didn't worry about the trial period as I hadn't given my bank details, then I noticed the money taken out of my account due to the fact of the free trial was a sister site and yet I didn't give that site my card details . Have asked the site for a refund which they are arguing about and yet the billing site offers 100% money back, confidentiality and security. I have asked for a refund and I have been offered 3 months free? if I wanted 3 months free I woundnt be asking for a refund.

I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS CHARGE OF $35.95 #578947 TNW BILL.COM CARD#5045
I HAD CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATING THAT THERE WOULD BE A €3.00 CANCELATION FEE. which I accepted. HOWEVER I DID NOT AGREE TO THE $35.95 CHARGE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

PLEASE stop taking money out of my son's (and my) acct. So far it's been $1.49, $7.99, $3.00, $29.97, $1.49.
I have reported you -this site- to our locally authorities here in the USA, as well as the BBB and the Fraud Alert Team with the government!
This account has been closed down. If my son and I do not get reimbursement from you-this fraudulent company- I WILL take further action -my attorney is just waiting for the go!

NaughtyDates.com > They are Un ethical. Been charged $24.99 for something I did not want. Complained to tnwbill.com online chat > all linked with NaughtyDates. End result was un ethical. They didn't care wether I pressed an Icon that was sneakily place right after an agreed smaller amount of $2.95 for an upgrade when I was thinking it was for $2.95 only. It should not have been part of the initial transition to payment. They refused to refund my money citing that I processed it online clicking their sneakily placed button right after when one thinks all is for what one initially wants to pay for. It did not matter that their sneaky set up contributed to my inadvertently having forked out for something I did not want in the first place. Then they automatically set you up for auto deductions. You would not know of this unless you checked your settings on your new membership dating site. Watch out for these B..tards.

I have been charges continuously an amount to 300 Kr or 35 dollars for 3 months now, and unfortunately i do not remember the websites name to be able to cancel it, .. Cut off my card asap or further legal action will be taken, i have already send the transcripts from my bank to my lawyer

i am getting money taking from me and i am getting pissed about it
