6 packages of seeds were ordered September 12, 2022 that totaled $ 34.73. Seeds were to arrive in 7 to 10 days.

On September 27 I notified them that I had not received the seeds.
On September 27 Lisa Hughes was contacted and after numerous text back and forth, she said she sent replacement seeds on September 30th that would be here in 7 to 10 days.
Today is October 9th. I have not received either the first package, nor the replacements.
The address is correct on the shipping address printed on the receipt from them when printed and charged to my account.
I seriously do not believe seeds were sent on either date.
Desired outcome: Please Refund $34.73.
