Tom Martino prides himself on being a so called consumer advocate. He promotes his referral list by saying that he only recommends businesses that are ethical and do their given trade properly. If a consumer has issue with one of the companies, he claims to address it and make right. If one were to go on his site, they wouldn't find a single bad review for any of the businesses. The reason? He doesn't publish any negative reviews. The businesses pay him to be on the list. He laughs all the way to the bank while consumers who trust his list are screwed over. I got burned by AAA Taurus Construction who did sloppy work and damaged my home in the process. Tom Martino never published my review or addressed the huge problem with the company's integrity. Do your homework, don't rely on this list. I wish I hadn't.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have had the same experience with Tom Martino's site. I used one of his trusted A/C Repair companies, "Brothers" big mistake and when I tried to post my experience I have still not heard a word from the site and my review is not on the site. I am pretty sure the reviews are made up.
I have known this company for over 14 years and have had every part of my remodeled by them. I would not use any other company.
I agree don't trust Tom Martino's referral list. I used Champion Windows (Denver, CO) from his referral site. I made negative reviews that never got published. What a SCAM! Don't buy Champion Windows! Extremely poor quality products. They have never finished the installation. Be aware and don't get scammed. Checkout below videos of my issues with Champion Windows.

Yep your right. Poor quality windows and screens and$$ on crappy window. Reason i went with champion windows. My mother had windows installed from champion a couple years before i had them do mine. Really nice windows & sound proof . ...When they did mine i said to myself these windows & screen are crap . Kitchen window has a lot of movement one latch to lift screen broke . I need windows on my new house . But not from Champion windows ever again.

to hard to please no matter what because I know and have seen first hand that if there is an issue they will get to the bottom of the situation and they will get a remedy for the consumer!
Agreed. Tom Martino’s list is junk and no better than anyone else’s made-up list, except he gets paid to advertise them. Don’t trust anyone who gets paid to advertise third party companies. Instead you need to do your OWN research and personally interview each and very company you plan on doing business with; it’s pain-staking slow but your home and wallet will thank you!
I agree that his list must be merely a list of paying advertisers. I used 24/7 FixIT AND WAS ROYALY RIPPED OFF! Their technician was no more than a grifter charging $650 to replace a $15 expansion tank and an $50 emergency valve. Twenty minutes of labor.
Don’t use 24/7 or listen to Martino. Their crooks.
