Top Dot Mortgage almost killed me, got me fired and charged me double for closing and a half point higher and 3 month delay in closing,

In Feb. 2009 I received a good faith estimate from top dot mortgage to do an equity refinance at 5% no closing points and 3 days to close.
It took 3 months, 3 appraisals, and at closing my rate was not 5% but 5.5 %
and they said they would pay me back for their mistakes making me pay for 3 appraisals. My closing costs for a $151k loan were close to $8-9k and was told they would be around $3, 500. Even the Notary that came to my house to close, was astonished by the high closing costs and couldn't explain why, but I had no choice at that point as I got fired from my job of 9 yrs due to my inability to focus on work as during the 3 incredibly frustrating months, I almost had a heart attack, my blood pressure went to 195 over 117 and still on blood pressure medicine. I was fired one week before closing in May of 2009 and warned my broker that I was going to get fired because of this situation they put me in. I was told don't tell them what they don't want to hear! Also my original credit score was very good and by the time I closed it dropped over 100 points, they said they would keep sending in my original score instead of my current score?
Then after 6 months or so of looking for a job while on unemployment I racked up my credit cards and personal line of credit to the max to make my payments. I called my broker John Detulio not sure of last name. And told him about my job loss and need to do a loan modification. He though he put me on hold, but didn't. I heard him talk to his boss about this and heard his boss say " give him the number for loss mitigation and well sell the loan out from under him. Sure enough as I was working with their loss mitigation department I received notice from Loan Care that they are taking over my loan. The nightmares continue with them as they have given me seven different stories about a loan modification and now 5 month behind they said they are foreclosing on me.
Is there any HELP for me? PLEASE someone contact mike at [protected]@yahoo.com or call [protected].
I have now used all of my unemployment and can't keep the lights and water on to sell it.
Thanks
Mike
