Made numerous deposits, recently requested a payout of $600. According to the site it takes 5-7 business days to process payout. After 13 business days, I finally received a check, when i went to the bank it was drawn on to cash the check I was informed that it was not a valid check and they could not cash it. I contacted topbet and was told that they would escalate this matter to their security department and get back to me within 48 hours, they said once they did that it would take another 3-5 days to get a stop payment and reissue my payout. In my opinion this is a scam and a way for them to hold on to their money. Everyone should stay far away from this place!

Wow! I'm freaked out. I just deposited a check from TopBet. The bank made me sit down while they called Wells Fargo to verify it was a real check. The account checked out as a legitmate account, but they couldn't guarantee there were funds in the account. I guess I just have to wait a few days to see if the check clears... Do you remember what bank your check was from and the account number?
I am in the process of getting a check, but to me Topbet is a fraud. I don't have to wait for their check anymore instead I have file a claim against the companies they use in withdrawing money from my account. Hopefully, my bank will investigate on this issue and re credit my cards as they said. TOPBET is a PS. It is a no go area. Beware of them.
I should have checked more closely instead of only one website, which listed topbet as dependable. In order for me to get a credit on the card I used for deposit, they say I must fax a copy, front and back, of the card. Also a picture of my driver's license or passport. Plus, filling out a form, electronically and signing it. I don't have the software for this. Makes me sick that a site that "evaluates" online gambling venues would have given these shysters anything other than an F. This place is in China. Wish I knew how to get word out on a massive scale!
Let us now talk more of the truth about TOPBET. I have read all their reviews online and have concluded that those 5 Star reviews was written by TOPBET agents and staffs.
First and foremost, why would a registered gambling site use another company or non existing companies to withdraw money from peoples account? NOTE: They don't use their own company name TOPBET to make the withdraw because your bank will decline it.
Secondly, they don't payout when you request a withdraw.
Thirdly, when they payout they pay out bounce checks. This check will put you in more frustration by allowing you to catch the money and then 3 to 5 business days later your bank will re adjusting your account to negative of the money you withdrew. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Then you start crying I am in overdraft [censored]. Fourthly, when they submit your withdraw request as they claim, they never deducted the amount from your TOPBET account; Total PS. I once have this sweet tongue lady called MARY who called herself
my account specialist. Ofcourse she was! How come she is not when she have the access to withdraw without a STOP. She was sweet, but I am not after her sweet tongue, I am here for real money and gambling. Anyway, don't get frustrated yet,
I will show you a way to get back all your money. Since banks do have 0 fraud liability, you are safe. And since they re not using their name instead using a fake company to withdraw those money you are also safe. Just report all transaction to your bank as fraud.
SMILE...How simple is that. Tell them you dont know those people. Do not mention online betting to your bank. Your bank will refund back all your money onetime and readjust your accounts. What TOPBET did not consider is that it take 3 Months
approx 14 weeks to transfer physical money from one bank to another. So, since your bank only did adjustment and their bank also did adjustment physical cash has not being in exchanged between both banks. Although, they might have spent the money or withdraw it. It still doesn't matter since your bank will not acknowledge it and their banks will readjust their account. With this, your bank has the right to refund bank your money, and their bank have all right to go after the person who owns that account.
Now they re in some negative [censored] too. LMAO...As a final world for you all...Beware of TOPBET. They are fraudsters and they are not better people in the society. After ripping me about $3, 500, which I got back from my Bank, I decide to put this online.

To catch my fun with online betting, I went back to the site and try to deposite $1, 000 from my blocked credit card.
A minite time MARY called me and said she saw my deposite. I quickly stop her and told her I already filed a claim, a dispute, and fraudlent activity in my account and very soon my banks will be after them. After 30 Mins my account start showing this message. "Account Inactive. Due to security verifications your account has temporarily been set to Inactive. Please contact our 24h support for immediate assistance.

8 years later and this pathetic site is still playing games. Stay away from Topbet. You will not get paid! They give every stupid excuse. Topbet is a total [censored]ing scam. I wish there was a way to shut them down. I am owed $5000. Been waiting on the first pathetic payout of $250 for 5 months now. I know I will never get paid. I will do whatever it takes to have these frauds shutdown. Topbet is a fraud. Everyone stay away! .
