This company: Total Adblock 1501 Main St · Venice · CA 90291 · USA is a SCAM... FB needs to strip their ads from the FB feed. I have been trying to stop this automatic deduction since September... I have sent e-mails... I have contacted PayPal and this company which touta 100% satosfaction guaranteed and tyour money back... cancel at anytime and it doesn't let you cancel. I also was unaware they wanted to scam me every month for $9.95 for software that doesn't work and for customer service you can't get a hold of. Can you please inform me as to how I can best lodge a complaint with the FCC as well? Thank you for any/all assistance dealing with these SCAMMERS.
Desired outcome: I want this company to be called out for deceptive sales practices and I want to be credited for the past two months $19.90 back to my PayPal Account, I am so disappointed in this company

Total AdBlock is a SCAM ! Their software contains Malware & Ransomware. Thankfully, the security
software programs I have automatically blocked their applications download links. They charged my Debit Card for 3 different programs. The charges are only pending at this time.
I called their 24/7 Customer Service phone number [protected]. I ended up speaking to a Bleep Bleep Diaper Head, in a 3rd World Country (what a surprise) who said his name was Kevin. I told
Kevin about the issues with the Malware and Ransomware contained in their applications download
links.
I told him I wanted an email immediately stating I would receive (1) A Full Immediate Refund, (2) My Adblock account was immediately and permanently closed, (3) My bank account would never be charged / debited by Adblock or any of it's affiliate [censored] Companies again or in the future, and (4) Any
and All Information and/or data gathered or collected in regards to me: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Bank Accounts were to be immediately deleted. Additionally, the email I was to receive was
to contain a Reference Number, Processing Number, and / or Claim Number regarding our Phone
Conversation.
The emails I received from Kevin miraculously vanished after Kevin and I ended our telephone
conversation. Luckily for me, I had the presence of mind to print out those emails prior to them
vanishing. I called Kevin back 2 more times asking him to resend the prior emails. Each time I
Called Kevin back, he disconnected the line / hung up on me.
I telepathically notified my bank and they are going to monitor my accounts. My next step is to
notify the FBI Internet Cyber Crimes Unit, The Department of Homeland Security, The United
States Attorney General's Office in California, The Better Business Bureau, and post on Social
Media.
The Terrorists and their Sleeper Cells are here and have been here since 2002. The Cyber
Attacks against the United States, It's Constitutional Abiding Citizens and our way of life has
only just begun.
