Total Cleanse unable to reach to cancel-charged me for product

product was sent-unable to reach to cancel product. always a busy signal or a message which does not let you go any further. I received a phone call friday which asked me my name which I responded to as "yes" the person on the line then hung up on me. I freaked and wondered what I had said yes to. I changed my phone number and called my bank. Yet somehow, I was charged $78.84 on nov 10, 2008. I want my money back and i still can't reach the company. what am i supposed to do?

Negative "thoughts"-1) I received the product 3 days before the cancellation period (14 days) expired. How could I possibly see any results in 3 days?! 2) My doctor told me that it is potentially dangerous and ineffective to use this product. He says it can't possibly help in weight loss and would probably do nothing more than a mild laxative like Sendakot would do. Sendakot is available at most drugstores for less than $10.

Good News-After reading all the complaints about difficulties in trying to cancel product, I was shocked (pleasantly so) that the number on the packing slip [protected]) actually worked! I called on a Monday at 9 EST and my call was answered right away. They cancelled my order and gave me a confirmation number and didn't require that I return anything.

I can't believe I could be this stupid! I can't get intouch with them at all and I have a $29.95 charge on my card because I thought this crap would work along with the other recommended (by Oprah and Dr. Oz) Acai berry stuff. I emailed Oprah about the crap people are getting taken for. This is aweful this company that charged my card tells me its not them that someone else did and here the number and its been a big circle. I lost my cable tv for this crap and can't watch Oprah so I thought she should know whats happening to people all ages! The BBB knows too!

I haven't even received my Free Trial of Total Cleanse but after reading all the comments on these pages, I decided I better just cancel & be done with them. I called [protected] and someone came on the phone very quickly. She asked if I had received my free trial yet & I told her no but after reading all the chats about Total Cleanse I just wasn't interested & wanted to cancel my account. She then said a confirmation email would be sent to me within 2 days at which time I asked if she could give me some type of cancellation number. Of course she couldn't so I was left thinking I'd never get the cancellation email & I get caught up in this entire mess. To my surprise within 5 minutes I received an email with a red header ***Trial Cancellation Confirmation***
Hope this is of help to someone.

I received my trial sample today with the notice about being charged 85.00 for each month there after. I tried calling the number & was on hold for over 45 min. & then disconnected. I call my credit card company & had to cancel my card. They said that was the only way to stop them as once they have your card numbers they will and can keep charging your card!I did find another site that has a different number. Go to: www. sflnutrition.com & go to contact them. The number they show is: [protected]. The line is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am -6:00pm. They also have a send message tool if it is after hours. Hope this helps!

I too have been caught up in this scam and it's truly frustrating! I have made over 8 phone calls and all have said that my account has been cancelled and they would refund all or half of the charges. Has anyone actually received the refund? I am not confident that it will actually happen as promised.

Total Cleanse Shipment not authorize

I recently ordered the Pure 500 Acai Berry. I had heard about this product through friend and product known as Monavie. Also Oprah show. I signed up for the free trial and paid the shipping charges. I have now received a shipment of both another bottle of ACAI Pure 500 and the Total Cleanse, one for $88 and the other $78 both charged to my credit card account. After having tryed to locate or call them, I get nothing and am very upset to find that this is an apparent scam from all the other complaints posted on this website. What can I do? I definitely intend to notify my credit card company not to pay this but is there anything else I can do?

I am trying to cancel monthly shipments that are charged to my bank account, but after several months, and returning all the bottles with this ACAIPURE product, they keep charging $44.00 each month and I am not getting any shipment. I tried to call them over the phone [protected] with no results.
what shall I do? the # of the product is 7008 [protected] [protected]
Next step for me will be to go to the Police in San Petersburg, Fl. ? I have the receipt with a signature confirming my returns.

I believe that the only perfection you are seeking is the one of being the #1 scam and I think you have accomplished it.

I tried your gohelp now website and the system could not find my e-mail address when I requested cancelation but it did find it when I asked for the status of the shipment. To which it informed me that they showed the product being delivered which is an outright lie.

I am filing a complaing with every state and federal consumer protection agency I can find. I know that this matters little if any to you as you have perfected your scam but something needs to be done about you.

Total Cleanse Unauthorized purchases by this company

This company made unauthorized purchases from my card. When I checked my bank statement I found 3 unauthorized purchases all within 7 days of each purchase. I was not ever contacted by this company to approve these purchases, and when I called the phone number on my statement connected to the purchases, I got a hang up no answer. This web site lists a phone number and fax. I called the number and got an irrate man who said to call the FBI, about the losses. He said he had nothing to do with the company and that I had called a number in CANADA! This is a total scam, and I am in the process of trying to recover my over $200.00. Do not order from this company or give your info out to them. They go under the ads of Acai Berry cleanse on diet ads and nutrition health sites, and are listed as number 1 above the others. Ha! Number 1 above the other scammers. Be aware. I am informing the Better Business Bureau also on this.

Total Cleanse Can't cancel order

I ordered the free trial offer of Acai Supreme & Total Cleanse and have tried to call and fax my cancelation for days. This is fraud! None of the numbers are good. The fax number is no good. One number listed belongs to a very nice man. He said he has received numerous calls and he was told to tell callers to call the FBI and talk to someone in the commercial crime division. I have sent an e-mail to the FBI and called my credit card company. Everyone who has been taken by this scam should do the same thing and put these thieves out of business.

I initially applied for a "free trial" of these products. Then I started receiving each of these products automatically each month without realizing that is what they were going to do. I also received charges on my credit card for each shipment. Conveniently, they do not supply any information with their shipments and it was very, very hard to get a hold of a person on the phone. I called once and went thru approximately 20 minutes of getting my order cancelled only to still receive the order and a subsequent order the following month. I just went thru the same process again, I believe I even spoke with the same woman, hard to understand, and hopefully will no longer receive shipments or charges. I contacted my credit card company and returned some of the products and they are supposed to reverse the charges. I will have to wait and see! This is a total and disgusting SCAM! At almost $100.00 per bottle and not able to get this cancelled it is, I'm sure, making someone a lot of money! I truly hope I can get this stopped and get my money back...

I also have been trying to contact the number. I did not receive the product and upon calling the telephone number I get a recording that says my call cannot be completed. I also called the telephone number which is listed on my credit card statement for them (yes, they charged my credit card for the amount and the 14 day trial period is not even up from the day that I ordered) and it also says the number is not a working number. I contacted my credit card company to see what I could do. I have never had this sort of problem before. It is a BIG SCAM and folks should avoid it. I am sure this is going to cause me some grief before getting it all straightened out. It is a shame that folks can't trust these sites, or anyone for that matter!

I know exactly how you feel! I've been trying to contact them for weeks, and get a busy signal most of the time, or the line goes dead, or I'm on hold for extended periods of time. The one # I called asked me for a password right after it started ringing! When I finally got through to Colon Cleanse, they tell me that I can't send the bottle back (even though unopened), and would not remove the charge from my credit card. In order to cancel, you have to call within 15 days, but how can you when you can't get through! This is an absolute scam, and everyone needs to be made aware of it. I want to make sure others don't have to go through the same thing.

Total Cleanse Scam and cheating

I too was a victim of this scam. You get your free trial but it takes about 8 days to get it. Then when you try to call the number to cancel the order the call is dropped. I tried for over a week to get through to this company and never could so I too will have to cancel my bank account & open another one to stop this company from charging me. I have ordered other free trials and in fact ordered the Acai Berry free trial from the same advertisement and had no trouble canceling with any of these other companies but it appears that now I will never be doing this again. I will be going to google for everything I order for any reason from now on. Lesson learned.

I received a bottle of Total Cleanse, that I do not remember ever ordering. I cancelled through Vital Acai on 1/13/09, thinking they were the same company. I was gone on a 14 day cruise and just got back on 2/13/09 and there was another package of pills with a bill in there for $78.84. I was shocked as I never ordered these pills and the ones that I did order I cancelled in January. I have been trying to get through to this company via their phone number and have gotten no response. I will be contacting my credit card company on Monday and will try to get a hold of this Total Cleanse phone number. This is a scam and someone is going to pay for what they are doing to the consumer. I paid the original $5.00 for the free sample, but I assumed everything was okay when I cancelled.

I fell for the free trial BS and now I find I have agreed to pay 79.96/month for two bottles monthly for life. What a rip off. The infromation that is included with the product threatens serious legal action if anyone does a charge back on their credit card. I shall pass that information on to my credit card company when I ask for the credit charge to be reversed. They claim that this would constitute fradulent use of their product. I contend that their product in itself is fradulent. So send the attorneys on Pilgrim. Tell them to bring their lunch cause it is goin to be a very long fight.

I called Total Cleanse to cancel an order that had not been charged to my account yet, but I knew that were going to charge it so I called ahead of time to avoid the charge. I called on 1/6/09 to cancel on 1/8/09 they charged my account. When I called an spoke to a Joy she stated my funds would be back in my account in 3 to 5 days. It has been ten days an still no refund. I called again twice one customer service personnel hung up on me and the 2nd time I called I had to repeat my email address 4 times and the customer service representative still did not get it, instead she put a recorder on to say that they are having system problem and to contact them at www.mytrialsupport.com. There I was conversing with a Mark he seem to have a little more sense that the phone people. However he could not help me in the matter of my refund. He directed me to the billing department which is useless.
It is ashame that one bad apple can spoil a bunch when it comes to money.

I, like many of you have tried without luck to actually speak with a person at the multiple numbers listed which result in disconnects, endless music, busy signals, etc. I found the [protected] phone number in the complaints and called it. Thankfully, a very nice Customer Service Rep answered and has allegedly completed my cancellation. She 1) provided me a RMA number to return the product; 2) assured me that a refund would be forthcoming; 3) assured me that there would be an email forthcoming with the confirmation number for the refund.

The issues I continue to have are that in conversation with her, she was not "free" to answer any of my questions regarding the business practices, about why there is so much scam information on the web about this company, why the numbers do not work...citing that the calls are monitored - so she is sure corporate is hearing the complaints; and, that she values her position with them and cannot take the politically incorrect leap to address the questions. Which translates to me that she is in fear of losing her job if she addresses the consumer's questions.

I give her props for being polite and hopefully efficient and accurate about the refund and no further shipments and/or charges. We will see how it turns out. Although, she could not tell me under what Company Name the charges would appear on my card, "because it could be one of many different names."

As it relates to the Acai Berry (AND DON'T MISS THAT YOU PROBABLY SIGNED UP FOR FITFACTORY AS WELL); I spoke with Kelly at [protected], who assured me she was processing a cancellation and subsequently a refund, because there seems to be a discrepancy between a 7 day or 21 day free offer...I thought it was 14 day offer...THEN I was advised that this phone call was ONLY FOR THE FITFACTORY refund and cancellation...

I placed another phone call [protected]- which was answered by John who processed the refund and cancellation for the Acai Berry... he did issue a refund confirmation number.

Good luck to all of you who are trying to get your refunds and cancellations. Please try these numbers...Oh yes, I have been in the suggested "LiveChat" where I am apparently #1 in the queue with an expected wait time of 63 minutes...I have been waiting for longer than that at this point, as I just want to see how long it will take, and what they will say.

I was placed on their active subscription list. The number on the invoice does not work. I called this # [protected] and actually talked to someone and got a return product #. Plus I had to ask to be removed from the "active" list to not be sent any more bottles. Try it and see if it works for you! Oh and the package it came in is the return address exactly.

On the website, it clearly states FREE TRIAL for $5.95. That should be all you get, with no further action. I was charged 78.84 2 weeks later. ALWAYS READ TERMS/CONDITIONS. I called to speak to a manager, and was given the run around. There was no manager to speak with, no higher power. I called on Nov 8 and was assured my account was cancelled and to speak with the 'returns department'..of which I was told I would receive a call back after 48 hours. Yea right. I called back on the 15th and spoke with 2 different people. The first of which told me that another bottle of product was shipped to me on the 13th-after I cancelled on the 8th. The second person I spoke with, just minutes later- told me that no product was shipped at all. WHAT!? BE AWARE OF ALL ' FREE TRIALS '. Make sure you read everything on a site on products you even consider thinking about.

I returned the package via US Postal Service, insured. Today I received a package, with two(2) bottles. I have not opened this package.
I am going to my post office to return the unopened package. I am calling my credit card company, asking them to refuse payment. What else can I do?

Total Cleanse Charged money during free trial and not able to contact customer service

I ordered the 15 day trial- I was told my product would arrive on 10/30 and I would have 15 days from the shipping date to try the order before my account would be charged the full amount. They charged the account 2 days after I ordered, it is now 11/3 and no product has been delivered to my house. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service to adress these issues, but everytime it rings once or twice and then an automated recording states that "all circuits are currently busy". I now may have to close my bank account.

I think we should all start calling the Oprah show and complaining... since she is the one who portrayed this...how about giving it a little more thought OPRAH before you portray a product like this... do a little research into the company... my fault for not doing so as well and following your show...never going to happen again...

First off I want to say I recently ordered this product also. Anytime you order a product from the internet you should read the fine print - or terms/agreement - which I am assuming many of you did not - you just see free trial and ordered. The fine print says you have 15 days from the day you order to test the free product if you do not call to cancel within those 15 days (of ordering) you will be charged on a monthly basis. They also have the information for contacting them by phone or live chat to confirm your cancellation. I ordered my product, then noted it on my calander to call in 10 days to cancel. I called the number listed in the terms/agreement information posted on the website when I ordered and had no problems getting thru to them. They provided me with a cancellation number and then also emailed me the cancellation confirmation.
Just a piece of advice to all of you - don't do things without reading the fine print or terms/agreement section - if you don't do that you have no one but yourself to blame. I don't know of a place that gives something for nothing - they are all hoping you don't read the fine print and can continue to legally charge you - and I say legally because you should have read the terms/agreement that you agreed to.

I have had all the experiences noted above and I am very unhappy, but it looks like I am going to be stuck with a charge of 78.84 because I was not able to get through to anyone before the 15 days. I did not understand that they would be charging me the full price after 15 days. For over a wk I tried calling a #. I can't remember and it said "mailbox full, cannot accept new messages". They are a rip-off. I only wish I had done a little more research b4 ordering. After I took about 2/3 of the bottle there were no results so I threw the bottle away. That was a mistake.

Total Clease is a scam as far as I see it. You most likely will not be able to contact anyone from this company. I tried calling to speak with someone for well over a month without success and the last time I called, the number was disconnected. You will need to go through your bank or credit card company in order to have your money returned. This will include steps that you need to take such as changing your card number, filling reports that must be notarized, and documenting detailed information about what happened from beginning to current events regarding your situation, and copies of anything that you may have received such as emails and what was in any packages that were sent. I have just gone through the process and my bank is investgating the company. The unauthorized amount of money taken has now been returned to my account and the company does not have my new card number. I have emailed a message to Oprah regarding this company using her name but have not received a reply. I certainly hope that she's not connected to the scam. Well, I guess that we must be more careful with whom we trust, right? Hope this helps.

Here's the website address: http://www.myspace.com/stoponlinescams This will spread the word even more since many of these ads are on myspace.
I finally was able to click on the link for live chat too and cancelled my order. (thanks to all of you! I would have never found it if it wasn't for this page.) The representative told me it was always there, which it wasn't. My cc has disputed them and they finally credited the amount.

I received a atrial, cancelled it within the 15 days, and yet they still tried to bill me for future orders (which I didn't receive the product, by the way, but they billed me!). Called them about this, they reversed the charges and I thought that everything was rectified. 2 months later, I receive an email thanking me for ordering a trial of the "total cleanse" when I never ordered it! They must have kept my credit card info and started the whole rigmarole again! Now I am trying to get the whole thing stopped once more. Frustrating and a total scam. Beware. they are total jerks!

Hi,
I just got through using the phone number on the statement that they sent w/my order. I still got a runaround; they tried to get me to keep the order open. I can't see paying $85 for that stuff. I also found it a little fishy that all of those tags on websites "a.k.a Donnasweightlossblog, Annasweightlossblog - they all have the same, word for word, ads w/pictures of different women. Yikes

Here's the number [protected]

This Co. really takes the cake! I had to cancel my bank card because of these people I am now over drawn on my bank account. I 'am on disability won't get another check till the end of the month and ever day will get over drawn charges to my account. Can anyone stop these people, are there any lawyers out there that can help us stop these people? like a class action law suit (I 'am in)

When I ordered "AkaiBerry" as a trial shipment only, the company said that I have to try together with "Total Cleanse" pills in the order to get a full effect, however they did not mail them together. I received them few weeks apart.

When I tried the" AkaiBerry" I had quite the oposite effect. I actually gain 3 pounds during the trial, so I called and refused to participate further, but they already got my credit card number. I told them that I will report them to the proper authorities if they charge my credit card.

But without my permission they shipped me the "Total Cleanse" right after the AkaiBerry but this time they had no phone number, or e-mail, or NO any contacts at all, meanwhile they charge my credit card. So, the Total Cleanse is a "side dish" in a case if Akaiberry doesn't work, the other will replace it.

I got all my tracking numbers on all my shipments and I all the moneys that they charged my credit card.

I will report them to our District Attorney. Please DO THE SAME, contact your District Attorney because Better Business Bureau never does anything. Do not let those thiefs operate their business, because the only business they should be on is in a JAIL!

I was also scammed by these people. I am shocked by the number of people that were. I can honestly say this is the first time i have been caught up in one of these and have learned my lesson. I will start doing research on everything i order. And of all the times of year to do get scammed! Right at Christmas! I am in process of contacting the Ebiz website now but the wait is 100+ minutes! there is also an option to email and i have done that as well just in case i have to go before one of the operators get back to me. I want to thank those that took the time to put a way to contact them on here. And wish me luck.

Same thing here! Ordered product because backed by Oprah show. Cannot stop it and BOA says I have to get in touch with them in order to stop the charges. Definite scam. Have tried over 30 times to reach them and either answered and then disconnected or rings busy (late evening). Oprah show should check out who they back as trusted companies. I expected more from Oprah and her company. I'll be contacting them next.

I had the same thing happen to me and of course when you order you don't see the fine print that you are agreeing to every month automatically getting it taken out of your credit card and as long as they are going to do that they need to have a customer service line where you can call and cancel it. I will the BBB and get them to stop this.

I had the samd thing happen and my credit card Juniper) could not help me with this situation. They said that I would have too call them and stop my account. They also furnished #'s that were also no good. This seem that all this is just to rep of customer. I have exhausted calling all this phone # or even tried to e-mail them in order to stop my product. Oprah show - should be contact that way they will be also responsible or part of the rip off.

Total Cleanse Unauthorized Charges to Debit Card

I asked for a free sample with a $5.95 shipping charge. The company charged my debit card a week later for $94.57 for 1bottle which I did not receive. And when I called to cancel, I received another bottle a month later for the same charge and got charged by another company, Total Cleanse, a sister company of White Tea for $87.35 for a product I did not receive. This is fraud! I complained to the bank and this is under investigation. I hope the government steps in and shuts these companies down.

To all of you who cannot reach these two scam artists ! Here are some other numbers that you may try. Natures Acai Berry [protected].
I bet you didn't realize that when you bought the trial you were signed up for Fit Factory Bonus and Cost Smashers Bonus along with the Acai Berry. Here are a few more numbers for the Total Cleanse, it comes from South Florida Nutrition. [protected], [protected], [protected]. I got through on the [protected] number. I hope you all get them ! I myself have demanded my money back and I will file charges.

I did what they said: I canceled within the 14 and 15 day trial period but the ACAI berry took approx $80 from my account. Then they took $2.98 and said it was for some international tax but the fulfillment phone number was in Utah.

Now they have some company called PRICE LIMBO deducting $8.51 from my account and tell me I have to go online and deactivate my account with them. Who the heck is PRICE LIMBO?

I ended up closing my checking / debit account before Total Cleanse tried to deduct as well. I stopped that but I'm still out approximately $100.00. My bank is investigating it and I contacted the BBB.

Total Cleanse and Acai are both from the same company. One center is in Davie Florida and the other is in Utah. They are the same company and they use Oprah and Dr. Oz's likeness. I even sent Oprah a letter I was so mad.

I will never do anything OTHER than Paypal ever again. I feel so violated.

The best thing you can do is close your account and pray that the vultures never find you again.

I finally spoke with an agent after 27 minutes on hold. The agent not only informed me that they could not refund the money but that the trial is in fact only for 15 days and you will be paying for the other 15 which is amazingly $90.00. I informed the woman I was going to be filing fraudulant charges with my bank and would be recieving all money back. Although paniked, she still refused to help. So, I have filed and recieved all money back from my bank and they are also continuing an investigation on the company. The best advice I could give anyone at this point is to avoid the company all together and just file the complaint with your bank as soon as possible.

Total Cleanse Too many people (like me) do not read terms and end up with unrecognized charges on credit card

I am not really submitting a complaint because it was my fault for signing up for the Acai Berry and Total Cleanse "FREE TRIALS", and not reading the Terms and Conditions. I see by looking online that many others also did not read the terms. I am submitting this email to help those who feel that they have been scammed. Here are the terms and what you need to do to cancel all of this. Please note that for Price Limbo - there is no phone number. When I called to cancel the acai berry order, I asked them how to cancel price limbo. The guy told me that you have to go to pricelimbo.com and sign-in as a member entering the email address that you used when you signed up for the acai berry "free" trial, and enter your zip code as the password. Then click on cancel account. You will be sent an email with a link. Click on the link, and your account will be cancelled.

Acai Berry:
I understand that by ordering Acai Berry Power 500, I am agreeing to receive Acai Berry Power 500 for a free 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $1.00 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling [protected] within this 14-day period, beginning on the 15th day my credit card will automatically be charged $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Acai Berry Power 500 to be shipped at that time to my door. Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $89.31 every 31 days for a new supply of Acai Berry Power 500.

Unless I uncheck the box above(if available), I would also like to take advantage of the the 21 day bonus trial to PriceLimbo for eight dollars & fifty one cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to call and cancel Price Limbo.

I agree to the (7) day bonus trial to Fit Factory for ($29.95) each month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. For questions or to cancel, please call our Customer Support team at [protected] M-F, 9am-9pm, EST. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm MST. I understand that this consumer transaction involves a negative option and that I may be liable for payment of future goods and services, under the terms of this agreement, if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described.

Just to add some current new numbers, as some of those posted do not work.Called on a Saturday late afternoon and got through quickly.

Also- FYI, you can buy Acai Berry supplements cheaper at www.iherb.com or www.vitacost.com - you donot need the Acai Berry "brand", it is not unique
The PowerFlush is essentially a fiber tablet made of Psyllium, and some herbal stimulants. You can easily just purchase a fiber product based on Psyllium, and accomplish the same thing cheaply. Basically it swells in your stomach with water, allowing you to feel full, and pass bowel waste more easily. Neither product has anything magical or unique. The two websites I listed carry identical products much cheaper, and both are reputable companies I have ordered from often.

CAll and cancel. Demand your money back! You WILL get it. Be sure to get a confirmation number. This isn't the end of it either. The woman I spoke to at the Fit Factory number was a representative for some other company that is basically over all these companies that we have aparently signed up for. My advice: get as much of your money back as possible and cancel your cards and get new ones because the charges will keep coming. Don't be afraid to throw out the term Better Business Bureau.. that helps.

I called ACAI [protected] They took forever to answer the phone. Spoke to Gerad who claimed he was the manager and he said he canceled ACAI and Price Limbo got a conformation #.

He said they are not affilated with FIT FACTORY so i called fit factory # [protected] . Had to call a few times before I got ahold of someone...and I cancled also got a conformation #

I had the hardest time getting ahold of TOTAL CLEANSE. I went to the website http://sflnutrition.com/default.aspx and got there # they live support took forever. I also sent them an email just incase letting them know I want to cancel. They will ask for you 6 digit conformation # and a 7 digit #. Hopefully you saved all the information in word doc.!

p.S I still have not recieved my trials yet I ordered it on 11/20 but called and cancel early before it was too late... I am still trying to get ahold of PRICE LIMBO because I do not trust that ACAI said they canceled it, but I went on price Limbos website and logged in with my email and zip code and it said that USER ID was not found so I am assuming it was canceled...I do not think I will do this again!

If you need to cancel Total Cleanse, calling them will not get it done, the phone number is fake. What you can do is go to this link sflnutrition.com and get on a live chat and cancel your order/trail. Make sure you check your e-mail for confirmation before you exit the chat, and make sure you e-mail the chat to your self before you hit close. If you got charged see if they will credit you the fees, I found the link before my 14 days were over, so i have no experience with them crediting fees back. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Total Cleanse Unneccessary charges

I signed up for their product knowing that I would have 5.95 deducted out of my account. Since then, they have taken 84.79 out of my account every month without warning, and I have not received any product worth 84.79! I tried calling the number on my bank statement, but got a busy signal, followed with no tone at all. Then I called the number in my emails, with the same result. I'm pissed! Can anything be done? I can't cancel, because there's no way to get in touch with anyone. What should I do?

I had this problem like many of you who have signed up to receive this product and didn't expect to be charged later on. Except i didn't receive the trial bottle or even the one i was charged almost 85 dollars for and they couldn't refund my money because its sent through ups and they will tell you that you have to contact them... so they will only cancel your membership.. i was very angry but at least i wont be charged anymore!

on the total cleanse website (total-cleanse.com) if you call the number listed [protected]) you will get a busy signal or it will play music until it hangs up on you... well anyway go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on contact us and there will be a live chat support button ( Representatives available Mon.-Fri. 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST). and then there will be a button that says send us an email.. click on the one that says live chat support... then you will be connected with a rep and you can cancel your order there.

I ordered a few days ago without doing any research. After reading all these horror stories I called [protected]. I spoke with "Lemy" I told them I wanted to cancell and they went into a hard sell spiel. I continued to say no thank you. They became nasty and said that when I received the product I had to return it. If I didn't, they would bill me the monthly charge. I argued and pointed out that this was a 15 day free trial and nowhere was it said you had to return any portion of the product. They said because I had not received it yet I had to return it or pay for it. I continued to politely argue and they hung up on me. I will cancell my card and open a new account. Within minutes of being hung up on I recieved a cancelation confirmation in my email. Hope this helps!

I got ripped off, too. I finally got to a live chat person and cancelled by "subscription" and they are still trying to charge my credit card. I cancelled that card and did file an investigation with Visa. They got back one month's charge. Sh--heads!

We experienced the same problem with our daughter's account, we all need to send a formal complaint to the Florida State Attorney's office.

As technology continues to grow and develop, the potential for con artists and scammers has also increased. Unfortunately, many consumers are often unaware that they have been victimized by an internet-related scam or may not realize that their actions online may have exposed them to fraud.

CyberFraud can take many forms. Often, consumers will recall filling out surveys that promised free coupons or that claimed to free prizes or gifts available. Many consumers will find unauthorized charges on either their landline or wireless phone bills or unauthorized debits from their credit cards or bank accounts without realizing the charges are internet-related. In many instances, the consumer has never heard of the company associated with the purchase.

The Attorney General’s Office has created a special team of individuals to review, investigate and enforce penalties against companies or individuals taking advantage of consumers through internet-related fraud. The Attorney General’s CyberFraud Task Force generates many of its investigations through consumer complaints and referrals.

To file a complaint about internet-related or cyberfraud, please call the Attorney General’s Office at 1-866-9-NO-SCAM [protected]) or online here.

An additional resource for reporting Cyber Fraud is the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). The IC3 was established as a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) to serve as a means to receive Internet related criminal complaints and to further research, develop, and refer the criminal complaints to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement and/or regulatory agencies for any investigation they deem to be appropriate. The IC3 was intended, and continues to emphasize, serving the broader law enforcement community to include federal, as well as state, local, and international agencies, which are combating Internet crime and, in many cases, participating in Cyber Crime Task Forces. Complaints can be filed online at: http://www.ic3.gov

OK! I just want to let every one on here that the http://www.ebizprogram.com
is a no go. If you try their web site, google it, or copy and paste you get nothing! I have to go to my bank today to dipute the charges, they have charged me four time in 6 weeks, 4 different company names so not easy to track and the phone numbers and web sites go nowhere. I have tried the live chat, I got a tracking number but no other contact information to speak of. Cancel your cards, inform your bank-oh and to dipute you need proof of order agreement if you got one at all, I did not! So gather as much info as you can and all these comments that show what people have tried to no avail, of course; and take that to your bank. Good Luck to All of Us!

I signed up also last week and someone called me a couple of days later and I got a number that I just used to cancel my trial. I hope that takes care of it because when I received my "free" trial the shipping invoice states that unless I cancel an automatic shippment will come monthly at $75. a pop. Here's the 800 # and I got a live person and a cancelation reference # . Customer Service [protected]

I have the same problems as others above, but I finally did get a refund; albeit, it was less than the $87.49 charge. The reason given by the chat agent is that: " The reason why you were only Refunded by that amount because the 30% will go to Restocking and Administrative Fees."

I got sucked into this scam also. I ordered the trial offer for $ 5.95 and was charged the next month for $88.62 to my credit card. I did recieve the product, but the product does not work. I followed Debbie H. advice and contacted http://www.ebizprogram.com/cpage.aspx?name=contactus. I sent an email and requested a live chat. It took me two day to get an operator to answer my live chat request, but finally I got Tawanda. She canceled my order and sent me an email confirmation. Since this company is running some kind of scam, I printed the transcript of the live chat prior to exiting the chat window. I wanted to have proof of the cancellation, I was worried if I closed the chat window without printing I would have not documentation of the chat. When you close the chat window it will ask you if you would like a transcript emailed to you, I also did this. Try the live chat request, just make sure you have time to wait for the operator to answer.

I order free trials all the time. Luckily my bank gives me a temp reimbursement while they investigate, but I have to have tried to call and email them first. If you like to get free trials, use a VISA gift card with $20 or so, or a temp VISA card. That way you get your free trial but there will never be enough money for them to charge again at the end of the trial period. You will NEVER have to call them. When the card is empty, throw it away and get another. I think you can find them at regular stores at the checkout counters.

Total Cleanse Scammed by Total Cleanse

They charge your account for their product when they are not supposed to. The only way to get them to stop is by calling them and cancelling. The problem with that is the number is not real. I have called a million times and every time, it automatically hangs up. There is no way to get them to stop. This is a complete scam and I do not know how they are still getting away with it.

I ordered a free trial of Total Cleanse and found out that I had to cancel within 15 days of my shipping order date. The only way that I found this out is because I also ordered a free trial of Acai Berry (14 Slim Tabs) and they charged me $90.00 because I did not cancel within 15 days. I tried to call them, but never got through. I had to contact my bank and they investigated it. The bank finally found a way to get through and cancel it, but they said that they had already shipped another order of Acai Berry (14 Slim Tabs). When I get that in the mail I have to send it back and get an Issue Check Number and then call the company back and give them the number. Then I should be refunded. (We'll see)I have tried to call Total Cleanse a million times to cancel by phone. The number never rings, it just automatically hangs up. I have cancelled the credit card that I ordered it with, but I am still worried that they may be able to charge me because I didnt cancel. There is no way to cancel, you cannot get in touch with them. This is a complete scam and i dont know how they are still getting away with it.

When you call [protected] to cancel, you can't get thru. The number is out of service during office hours and closed at evening hours. They say 9-6pm EST. This is an internet scam.

I ordered the free trial but I never received anything. I wasn't worried about it until a charge for 78.84 showed up on my march credit card satement. I contacted the company at the number on my statement to let them know I did not receive the product and request a refund. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that according to their records from usps that I received the product. I explained that regardless what usps said I knew I did not receive it. I was told all they could do was send the information to their corporate office and request an investigation to determine if I should be refunded. I then requested the address and phone number for the corporate office and was told they do not give out that information. There probably is no corporate office and I'm sure there won't be any follow through with me getting a refund. I agree with everyone who says this is nothing but a scam. Now I have to waste my time and my credit card company's time disputed this charge to get my money back. I hope anyone considering the product reads this first - I wish I had.

I ordered the Total Cleance Free Trial for 14 days, I got the product 10 days later, I've been trying to contact the bussiness to return the product because I don't want it and the telephone number that they list is not in service, it sounds like the line is busy or it tells you that the number hasn't been assigned. I've been trying for the past two days and no success. Please if anybody is reading this do not buy this product, verify and check the numbers first before you give out your informaton. I'm returning the product tomorrow to be free of any responsability that this might carry. And beleive me I will never fall again into this game of people that are just imbecils that are trying to get money the easy way.

This is a total rip off. The company claims to be advertised with top News Channels as well as with WebMD. This is unbelievable how well they handled me on the phone. Before "a free trial" offer has ended, I have called to ask to cancel the order. However next week my account was charged $84.79 and when I finally got through I was told that they have no recollection of my phone call (An Off-shore Call center) and the cancellation has taken place only on the afternoon of the day when a charge was posted to my account...
No way I could get through to the head office or any other manager ...

I ordered this product along with the Acai Berry and am now getting multiple charges on my account. The Acai Berry # did answer and they appear to cancel the charges (will wait to see) they gave me confirmation numbers for 3 programs that they automatically enroll you in when you order. On the same day I ordered the Total Cleanse progam and if this first treatment is what I can expect with TC then I do not want it as well. I cannot find if they have me as a participant or not and want to cancel but noone answers the phone it keeps saying to call back later.

I ordered from www.total-cleans.com a "free trial review" of the product. The only thing I had to "pay" was shipping and handling, with my credit card. Today I discovered my credit card was charged $78.84 because I was "enrolled" in their membership program to receive this product once a month if I did not call and tell them to cancel this within 15 days. These people need to be prosecuted for SCAMMING the public! The terms and conditions state this but are in the "fine print" at the bottom of the screen. BUYER BEWARE!

Product does not work. The phone # they give you is not working. I get a busy signal, on hold for almost and hour to be disconnected, no connection at all or a fax screaching in my ear. I have been trying to get hold of them for over a month which in that time frame I received another shipment and my card was charged $84.75. The only way to stop them is to cancel your credit/debit card. My bank told me I had to file a fraud claim and also file a police report. Finally got hold of the Total Cleanse company today to be put on hold for over an hour and have them tell me that they have no record of my account and they couldn't help me. This was after a month of calling them I finally got thru. Someone needs to stop this company. I will never buy anything off the internet again that is "free and you only have to pay the shipping". Lesson learned the hard way.

I ordered this product and when I called to cancel at the number given it said the number was not assigned yet! I tried looking them up on the web using both Total Cleanse and S F L Nutrition, LLC and found no number in any phone number look up site. My bank is also working with me to stop any withdrawals. Don't be fooled. Don't buy this product.

I too signed up for the free trial not realizing having to cancel the auto transfer of funds from my account. After my account had been hit the first time for 78.84 I called to cancel all future orders and received a return # I did exactly what I was told to do. The product was received but my account was never credited back.
Then I received another shipment and was billed 84.79.
I have been calling them for 3 months and still nothing just the same old lines " your information has been forwarded to refund department, you will receive a e-mail in 24-48 hrs. That has never happened.
Here is there new phone # [protected]
