Townsteel review: Prodigy smartlock 4000

Bought 4 locks. 3 bought 8/20 and 1 bought 11/20 through amazon.
1 left handle lock malfunctioned by shorting out and melted facing on keypad.
1 right-handed lock just melted the facing
Townsteel refuses to replace because it was bought through amazon
This manufacturer is shady. $1600 in locks and manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty.
