Trafford Publishing review: Service paid for and not received

I spoke to a representative for Trafford, they quoted a price that I initially agreed to. A couple of day later I contacted them and told them that I would not be using their services and to cancel the contract, they agreed and I did not hear from them again. Going through my online account, I found that I had been billed for the services that I did not receive. This was October 2021. When I contacted them today, I was told that the book was published in July 2023, yet there was never a contact made about the book manuscript, or anything that would be needed to publish a book. The book was published by another company in January 2024. Now they are saying that the book was published by them in July 2023, yet they cannot provide a location to see the book, I am being told that they will print and send a copy of the book in a couple of weeks. Yes and Santa Claus is coming to town.
