I have upgraded a fridge to a newly purchased house.
The fridge took 1 year to arrive. After the arrival the tech came the next day to install. The water dispenser had issue and it was leaking water.
After 4 techs visit waited for monthes finally they decide to replace the fridge. After 4 monthes the fridge was not cooling. Tech came after a week when I reached out. The check and said they will order the parts will take couple days. It has been weeks the fridge is leaking water. Every 2 to 3 hours we have to go clean the floor
Remove the soaking clothes and replace them with new one.
2 times my groceries have gone bad.
It has been a stressful weeks living in my own house. Can't go anywhere can't have guest. Can't leave the house for work if I do the whole house will be full of water. Sent vedios photos and still asked to wait for parts I paid for the new fridge and didn't even get proper invoice the amount I paid and the invoice has difference. I paid.more the invoice show less. All payment were done online and I have proof of payment and I have the invoice asked the company soo many times for proper invoice they ignored me.
My family life has been stressful living hell in our brand new 2.5 mil house with Trail appliances fridge

I have lost money on groceries.
I have lost money for not going to work staying home to look after the wet floors. Can't go anywhere over 2 to 3 hours.
I have been serving the fridge 24/7
Even Can't sleep well.
Someone please guide me to go to media or a complaint department to solve my issue.
